Extremely disappointing experience. The portions for my 3-taco order were incredibly small, especially after an extra 10-minute wait. I used my reward points, and it felt like that was the reason for the tiny meal. I was so let down that I had to go to Five Guys for a full meal right after. Hope they can be more consistent

Outstanding. They didn’t have the items that I wanted , so they offered for me to wait five minutes , which I did. I had fresh fajitas, fresh brown rice and fresh chicken. The team is outstanding, everyone working very hard and focused. A lot of folks ordering food, so kudos to the team. Please be patient and understanding with them. They take care of a bunch of orders constantly. I mean is always busy you guys can see that. Is always packed

Did not read reviews before i arrived but things appear to be consistent. I arrived there was a long wait. The staff that was present seemed nice but overwhelmed with the rush — which is fine, I get it. I ordered two chicken quesadillas and they only had scraps of chicken left; so they attempted to use that for both my quesadillas. i then questioned and said is there more chicken left? they stated theres more but it needs to be cut, i assured them im fine with waiting. Cool. The chicken is thinly cut so it’s really noticeable that portion sizes are not comparable to other locations. I looked away so missed where they added the extra portion because im trusting they will do things right. I look back and they are folding the quesadilla and readying it for the steamer. I tell the employee that this is the thinnest quesadilla I have seen in my life. He chuckles and proceeds to put them in the steamer. Not only were they thin, they were poorly folded. Which really made me feel as if there wasnt much accountability but rather a push to get people out the way. So im beyond annoyed and hungry. I didnt make much of a fuss following that, but I did ask for a refund and told them to keep the food. The cashier was nice and also didnt respond negatively.

This Chipotle is consistently disappointing. They’re always out of basic ingredients, the line moves painfully slow, and the staff’s attitude is terrible, rude and no urgency. On top of that, the place is dirty — tables, counters, and floors are often a mess. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it just keeps getting worse. Definitely not worth the wait.

Disappointing visit on a weekend night, the crew lacked personality, kindness, and interaction. This was a transaction, too bad. Sloppy interior, loads of chaos in the dining area. So much that I elected to change my plans and eat at my hotel instead. I am a fan of the brand and have been for years, but this place did not meet my Chipotle expectations.

All three staff members at the front were unable to follow simple instructions or just even have awareness for their colleagues or what’s going on around them. The building was practically empty aside from us and a couple sitting down. I was very clear and concise when ordering and even answered several of their questions. Still my order was wrong in more than one way. The staff needs to wake up and do their job. I sincerely worry if we are driving on the road with these people.

Since when chipotle added lettuce and cheese to their guacamole to fill up for avocado? Seems like chipotle started slacking on their services at this location. Previously you couldn’t order in person, had to be done online. But now seems like you can only get some stuff in person, the rest you’ll have to order online. For example, when asking for chicken in person, I was told I will have to order online. Ummm do you not have any chicken available for people walking in and ONLY for online orders? Very disappointing answer. Who has time to further take this conversation?!?! Took 40min from the time walking in to getting my order to walk out. Chipotle, are you even fast food anymore?

Seriously, what is going on at Chipotle? They’re stingy to an insulting degree.
You ask for a little extra of a free item, and the employee’s face twists up like you just asked them for their paycheck. They get this immediate, sour attitude. They’ll pinch out a few measly shreds and pretend they just gave you the farm.
And the meat? Don’t even get me started. Your scoop isn’t even full. If you call them out on the useless little pile of protein, they’ll actually argue back. It’s a fight just to get what you paid for.
Stop being cheap and fix your staff’s terrible attitude.

This place sucks you can tell no of these women like their jobs. My chips are all stale and clumped together. You have to repeat yourself several times because either they can’t hear you or as always it’s a language barrier for them who knows at this point and not to mention my side of queso or sour cream isn’t in my bag nowhere has the professionalism to do right and serve their customers food is to expensive to settle for subpar and careless service

Definitely a sub par location. When I walked in the manager was yelling the list of items that the restaurant was out of and the forms of payment they were currently accepting. The food tasted too salty as compared to the same order at other locations and was priced significantly higher. Generally not impressed.
