This the WORST branch ever!!!!!! Horrible customer service. They had a line to the door, said that meat would take 15 to 20 mins, so I decided to wait just for them to tell me that they have to focus on online orders only!!!!!!!!!! I waited for 35 mins!!!!!!!!!! Then they told everyone to leave! Unreal!!!!!!!! Then the staff had the audacity to snicker and laugh about it. I’m beyond disgusted with this branch smh. Please don’t go here, you’ve been warned!

Went to this place two days ago. Got there at 10:45 as soon as they opened. The restaurant was FILTHY! The floors and tables were super dirty! How is a restaurant dirty as soon as they open? We were the first customers and I got a burrito with double chicken. The lady behind the counter literally gave me two half scoops and charged me for double. Not to mention, they did have fresh chicken cooking but the stuff they gave us looked like it had been from the previous day. The floods was super dry. I also got chips and queso and the queso was so thick with the crusty film on top as if it was old. They need to just shut this location down. It’s horrible for the money you pay.

I went to the same store three different times for the same exact thing they charged me $12.11 then the next time they charge me $14.27 and then they charged me $15.27 the third time so inconsistent in ripping off, and the service of the girl at the counter was absolutely atrocious. I would never go back to this restaurant again. In fact, I am a stockholder of chipotle and I will be selling my shares because they do not know how to run their organization 100% unacceptable

I want to rate this place a 0. Tonight 2/13 around 10:30 I came and got a chicken bowl. There was a short Spanish lady serving the chicken and rice. She gave me 2 big scoops of rice and tried to give me more rice I said no and she put it in the bowl anyways. Then I wanted chicken and she gave me half scoop of chicken I said I want more chicken then she tried to say “Oh so you want double scoop. Tried to charge me extra but she put HALF SCOOP OF CHICKEN IN MY BOWL. She needs to learn how to serve better. I’m a paying customer I shouldn’t be treated like this. Then she turned to her coworker and started saying rude stuff in Spanish. I looked at her disgustingly because I wasn’t being rude at all. She was. She is a short Spanish lady with burnet hair. In the picture you can see very little chicken. I paid $20 for this I’m coming back to get my refund

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Every single table was littered with debris. No napkins or utensils out–it looked like a disaster zone. Team members talking off to the side and out back, though, so it’s not a staffing issue.
It took just under 20 mins to get my food made for 2 ppl, and there was only 6 people ahead of me when I walked in (4 of them already at some point in the making process).
Music was way too loud–couldn’t hear the team members. They built custom soeakers into the walls, too, which I thought was a strange decision when your service relies on hearing people.
They just slapped ingredients on there, so the burrito I got I was halfway into before I hit the meat. They put way too much cheese on it and next to no sauce even after I asked for more. The meat looked old enough that I had to adjust what I wanted to something that wasn’t awful looking.
Did I mention it was 3 in the afternoon? It’s not a peak revenue timeframe. The line was entirely the result of the slow pace of food being made and the cleanliness was a lack of attention from the several team members having a good time.
One of the line workers kept going out back then coming out front again and changing gloves–should be washing hands when you step away from raw food stations and return. None of that that I observed.
This was completely outside of the experience I would expect from Chipotle. Maybe it was just an off day, but I’m not sure I would roll the dice and try again with so many options in the area.

My son has stomach issues so chipotle is one of the places he can go to. He don’t add a lot to his bowl but rice, corn, lettuce, fajita, and cheese and this is what the hell they sent. We got 2 bowels that were $30. This damn sure wasn’t worth what the heck they charge. They should be ashamed of themselves

I ordered from Chipotle on DoorDash. The Burrito Bowl was delicious. I had the build a bowl. Everything was good. I ordered one for my meal tomorrow, too. The portions are good and everything tasted fresh. I will order from there again.

TO THE MANAGER: read the sign you put up next time instead of screaming and slamming the door in someone’s face. Cause it doesn’t say no longer taking online orders, I put up a pic for you so you can read it yourself! Understand not everyone attacking u, if anything I was trying to help u so the sign could be taken down or change.
I was told to place an online order which I did. I placed it before 7:30PM and I went to the door at 7:40 to check what’s going on and a staff member said they won’t let anyone in right now. I saw women working on orders so I said that’s okay and waited for my order. 8PM (their closing time) came around and still nothing. So I went to door with other people who are also in the same boat. The manager came out and said they are not taking mobile orders. I was trying to nicely tell him that the sign does not say that (so he can take it down or change it for future reference), he aggressively goes “Maam can you read?!?!”And slams the door in my face.
I’m a nurse who suffers from short staffing and never get a 30 min or 5 min break to eat in the 12 hrs we work. I was actually coming off a shift. I understand the frustration which is why I patiently waited and didn’t give issue. However, I have never treated a patient that way. Treat people like human beings next time, you have no idea what people are going through.

Ordered via Chipotle app; order was ready, but sitting behind counter, not on rack for pickup. Burrito split down the side, carne asada chewy as hell. Side tortillas all stuck together, too. Service was just abysmal, as well.
