This question is for Chipotle corporate. I ordered 4 separate bowls but clearly stated that i need 2 burrito skin separate. So two burrito, 2 bowls but I dont want my burrito rolled because the workers give you attitude and disrespect you in Spanish so i rather roll my own burrito. I witnessed the lady wipe her nose and didn’t change her gloves so when it was my turn I asked her kindly to change her gloves, offcourse I was met with attitude. Il deal with the attitude instead of the bacteria. I dont eat out much but Chipotle gives me the opportunity to eat a warm; somewhat healthy meal. I would appreciate if it stayed healthy with no nose mucus and germs included.
Tell your employees to STOP using their palms to wipe down the spillage from other foods and then using the same gloves to touch your tacos, lettuce, chees and fold your burrito. I witnessed so much contamination while just being in line. Please dont become like the other fast food restaurants we cant trust. Your lay out infront the customer to see their food is your business model. How that is managed is imperative. Fix it and do better! Thanks.

I had a very bad service experience when dining at this Chipotle today. The counter employee gave me very little meat, and when I politely expressed that it was not enough, he actually asked me if I wanted to pick up the meat that fell on the table for me to eat. This attitude is extremely rude and makes people feel humiliated and belittled. As a customer, I was just expressing my reasonable demands normally, but I was treated like this, which is totally unacceptable. I hope that the management will take the service attitude of employees seriously and respect every customer, otherwise it will be really difficult for people to come back a second time.

They gave out the best portion and fresh ingredients!! Also tried the new sauce red chimichurri and it was delicious!! This is my new only chipotle I’ll be going to. No attitude when ordering or cashing out! The place wasn’t all that clean but I also was doing take out so I wasn’t too concerned about how the lobby looked. The back where I can see the employees preparing food was clean so that counts.

One of my best experiences at Chipotle was that I liked the food. I really enjoyed it. A must try for Mexican food lovers. As for me it’s healthier and fulfilling. If you really want to taste some healthy Mexican food then it will be a great choice.
I ordered food online for pick up via Uber eats. The food was ready in 10 mins.
Go and grab your lunch full of veggies bowl of half of chicken veggies . You can also add sides for cruncher taste.

My daughter has Down Syndrome. I ordered the meat she usually gets but when I got home she wanted a different meat . . I returned to chipotle with the uneaten food and requested a different meat. The female manager and 2 female employees spoke to each other in Spanish the entire time . They said “this is what you ordered “. I agreed , it is what I ordered but my daughter didn’t want it. If you know and understand someone with special needs you know you have to “fix it” . All 3 kept speaking in Spanish, the manager was angry, slamming utensils & pots , I guess she was complaining about me. They did replace the food. If you have good customer service training you know how to work with special needs customers . They did not . They were rude. As an American English speaking customer the 3 Hispanic employees were very rude to speak only in Spanish to one another and only 1 , the one who replaced my order spoke to me in English . Rude. Speak English when around English speaking customers.

When we can in we was the only ones there then two other people came in behind us but after we ordered just the one bowl we left to eat at home so when we got home we seen that piece of hair in the food and we couldn’t return it because they was closed when we noticed

hello, why is it that every time I order from this place my burrito always comes with the ingredients side to side. Not stacked on top like, in one bite i get pure meat, then when im to the bottom of the burrito i get guacamole. Please learn how to assemble a burrito properly.

We picked up a mobile order only to come home and find that the guacamole was inedible. It was clearly old and we couldn’t eat our meals at all. Whoever thinks it’s ok to serve this guacamole to customers is insane as this could make someone sick. Do not reccomend the Bayview Chipotle.

Ignore the hatin reviews this is one of the only chipotles in Bmore that does it right!
After many terrible experiences at other locations, I was about ready to give up on chipotle all together which would have been mad depressing. Thank you for being great & friendly!
