Every time I come to this Chipotle, I leave with an unpleasant experience. today was no exception. It’s honestly disappointing because this is the only location close to my job, but the consistency here is consistently bad.

The energy alone is negative the moment you walk in. The staff always seems irritated, and it shows in how customers are treated. Portions are extremely skimpy, and when you ask for more of something, you’d think it was coming out of their own pockets. The huffing, puffing, and attitude over adding a pinch more food is unnecessary and uncomfortable.

The food never feels fresh, no matter what time of day I come. Today I asked for brown rice and was told it would “take too long.” I asked for sour cream on the side and didn’t receive it. When I asked for extra toppings, I literally watched the employee add maybe three extra grains of rice. It was honestly frustrating.

I will say the cashier today was very nice and bubbly, which helped end the experience on a better note, even though the interaction started off a bit cold. She was the only positive part of the visit.

Overall, this location seriously needs improvement—in food quality, portions, and especially customer service. I shouldn’t dread coming here every time, but unfortunately, that’s exactly what happens.

I ask for 2 Fix it yourself tacos kids meal. They charge me 22.00$ for 2 bowls. I kept trying to explain to her that I ordered twomeals for kids. As she could see, it was two trays not bowls. That was my favorite Chipotle. But now I have to find one where people understand what I’m ordering.

Food portions are getting smaller. The food looks dried out and the staff was slow and rude. Servicing station was a mess too. Plus does all the meat has to be burnt tips nd chopped beyond recognition. Always out of everything at the service station. If you own this please check in on them. They need help.

As paying customers we deserve consistency and we deserve better. This location is closest to my job so when I’m starving I sometimes order here. Every time I order online and then pick up, there’s something wrong or missing with my order and the amount of food is smaller. If I order in person, they are better but still tend to leave things. I truly believe there is a lot of room for improvement and hope to see better moving forwards.

The worst chipotle experience I have ever had. Horrible portion sizing is attached and it was half the bowl, not even to the rim! Even in downtown Manhattan and Philadelphia I have not experienced such skimpy portions. Also, the staff wrongly charged me and tried to blame me for their ignorance as to how to operate the register. I was optimistic that the CEO’s recent promise to reevaluate portion sizing would lead to more portions not less! These staff members need to be retrained or fired. Do not go to this location or risk the same horrible experience I had!!

I have visited this location before and had no problem. That wasn’t the case today. I ordered a chicken bowl and the service was mediocre. I ordered chips and the bags were half of what they used to be but the same price! When I questioned the young lady about it, she didn’t seem to care. Poor customer service for sure.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered from here at least 10 times and they have not once gotten an order right. Most recent order was disappointing when the chicken for a chicken quesadilla was put on the side instead of inside the tortilla (which isn’t even an option when ordering) and all the cheese they put in the tortilla melted out and adhered to the box. Recommend picking-up only and checking the order before leaving

It’s time to forget the haters. There’s nothing better than coming to Chipotle after reading the reviews expecting to get yelled at but actually a fairly decent interaction. It’s the feeling of getting through TSA security without being called out for anything. You feel like you’re special, like you’re capable of ingratiating yourself with anyone. This is what this Chipotle can offer you.

And what about the bagged up stool with no explanation? (See picture) How can you refuse a 5 stars to an establishment that dares to exhibit such an object alongside broadcasting Yaeji’s new (though at the time of writing, old) album?

Sure, there has been a reduction of the portion size, but the way the icy corn hits you – it’s like you get a glimpse of the way this food in the bowl before was processed, you get 1 step (number may differ depending on how you individuate a “step”) closer to the source (I.e., the corn was frozen before being put into the plastic compartments).

There’s something delightfully subversive about this Chipotle: let’s learn to appreciate it more.

Nice staff but online order only not indicated on the door. Plus no chips which isn’t mentioned so I put in the online order only to be told I need to go back and get a refund. Two things that could be easily posted on door. The lettuce had lots of brown spots I.e. not fresh.

This place usually has very good food and service. However, when I walked in today at 11:45am to order two burritos the only “meat” available was tofu. I had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken that I wanted to become available. The other meats on the menu also became available while I was waiting.

I think this place may have been short-staffed and they were behind in setting up the place. The people who ate the burritos that I ordered for them commented that they were delicious.
