Came here late Saturday evening not long before closing to get a couple of burrito bowls. When they said they were out of guacamole, I was nearly crushed but got over it quickly since it was not long before closing time.
They had everything else I wanted and prepared my bowl and my friends bowl very quickly. We paid and we were on our way home.
A reasonable price for a good and filling meal.

This girl was amazing with my food! She was so kind, nice, and full of energy. I love getting customer service like this because it makes me happy to come back and order here. She made my food perfectly and was so patient with me, even though we had a long line. She kept her cool and was so polite. Even though she was the only girl on line, I think she deserves a raise. I didn’t catch her name, but I asked for it, and I think it was Alisa. I’m definitely coming back to this Chipotle!

I visited this Chipotle location on November 8, 2024. Unfortunately, the staff working that day seemed to be in a bad mood and were quite rude. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand that not everyone has good days, but the team—especially the young women working the counter—seemed particularly dismissive. Despite being respectful, I received skimped portions and felt rushed out of the store. The cashier, Myaehay, simply repeated, ‘10.23, 10.23,’ without much interaction as I left.
To the manager, Dontay: please address the attitude of your crew and the quality of the food—especially the guacamole, which was brown! I expect better quality and service.
Gets a pathetic 1 star from me.

Yesterday, January 20, 2026, I placed an order for pickup. My wife picked it up, and when she got home, I immediately noticed that the last name on the receipt was not mine. The store had given her the wrong order. I called customer service right away, canceled the order, and placed a new one online.
The original pickup time was 6:40 PM. The replacement order was scheduled for 7:20 PM. When I arrived at the store to pick up the new order, the manager attempted to hand me the original order, which had been sitting there for more than 40 minutes. I told him that order had already been canceled and that I had placed a new one.
The manager then told me that if I didn’t accept the old order, they would have to throw it away and the store would lose money. That is absolutely not my problem. The store made the mistake by giving my wife the wrong food in the first place. If they had done their job correctly, I would have eaten my dinner on time and it would have been fresh.
I was not going to accept food that had been sitting out for nearly an hour. I would rather not eat at all than be handed old food because of the store’s mistake. However, I had my wife and child to think about, who were hungry, so I ended up ordering from a completely different location.
This entire situation was frustrating, unacceptable, and completely avoidable.

It’s just me.
This location is very popular and usually very busy. Ive never eaten inside this location but have ordered pick up, yesterday being the 3rd time and my order has always been wrong. My daughters order was correct however and the young person that gave me the food was very nice as well. It’s just my food is always wrong when I order at this location. Like it’s missing something or preparation is as requested. Those types of things happen, I know they do. And I have never been treated unkind or anything. Just, never gotten a complete order to actually enjoy what I ordered. It’s just me.

I came here earlier today and lar gave me great customer service. I was getting food for a work thing. I had two veggie bowls and they had a dairy food allergy . He took the extra care with making sure the veggie bowls had no dairy products or cross contamination at all because I also had to pick up a chicken bowl with dairy products in it. He was super patient with me while making the bowls and he even went the extra mile to bag everything separately as well. When I got back to work everything was made perfectly and everyone was happy with their food. Major kudos for going above and beyond today for this order. Thank you thank you thank you so much!

I attempted to buy lunch at this location one Saturday afternoon. Upon entering, to my surprise no one was standing in line. I stood at the counter expecting someone standing in the back to notice me standing there, and I was not acknowledged by anyone. When the young lady came to the register, the expected her to acknowledge my standing there and call for the server, when she ignored me, I walked over to her. Before I could say anything, she practically chopped my head off with a harsh tone, as if she was waiting for the opportunity to lash out! Her words: “I DON’T WORK ON THE LINE”. At that point I walked out. I would never receive from from anyone who obviously didn’t want to do their job in the first place. I would never trust food from people who obviously didn’t want to be there in the first place. I saw someone sweeping the floor, someone who walked to a computer on the wall at the front, and another male in the back. No one person stopped to acknowledge my presence. My rating is ZERO

The meal tasted good, however the chips were stale. On the bag it says “Every day they’re hand fried….” Did I mention they were very stale?
After looking online, it seems this a common occurrence at many locations. I may try to freshen the chips in the microwave.
I had a 4:40 pickup time but they were ready when I walked in at 4:30. I am happy it was ready when I arrived, but in the future I will not order so much in advance because I don’t trust how long they will leave the food sit.

Whoever is completing the grubhub orders is hilarious. I placed an order on grubhub this morning for a steak bowl, and a chicken burrito, and guess what that’s exactly what they sent. Steak only in a bowl and chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Grubhub doesn’t allow you to select toppings but the description clearly states what comes in/on both. I hope you all enjoyed your laugh at the customers expense. It’s the lack of common sense and customer service for me.
