The manager was very unprofessional and rude to the customers in the mobile order line. It took nearly 30mins to pickup my mobile order after I arrived at the schedule pickup time.
Finally, my order was totally incorrect, the food was cold and the rice was undercooked. I have had issues with this location in the past but I felt it was time to voice my concerns. I truly enjoy Chipotle and the service I receive at other locations. However, this location is poorly managed and the staff is very unprofessional and doesn’t provide a proper level of customer service.
Update 1: it only took half the time to eat
Update 2: I’m only half full tho…
I explained that I am a stroke survivor and did not wish for any confrontation — I simply wanted to purchase food and sit quietly while charging my phone. Despite this, I was told I could not remain in the restaurant or buy food. I left feeling humiliated, unsafe, and discriminated against.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training on professionalism, de-escalation, and respect toward customers, especially those with disabilities or health conditions. No one deserves to feel threatened when simply trying to buy food.
Never again.
