Have gone to this chipotle a few times. Each time, they have either forgotten items I’ve ordered or gave us the wrong items. It’s a bit too pricey to be messing up orders like this. If you want chipotle in a pinch, I’m sure it’ll do. But if this is your local chipotle that you want often, I’d go with something else; or be there to watch them pack your items to ensure you get what you ordered.

Worst chipotle location I’ve visited in my entire life. My 4 item order only 1 item was correct. Also I was charged for queso and didn’t get it I ordered through the app and have evidence and witness of how messed up the order was. Ridiculous and super disappointing. Food is expensive for these people to be so careless. It’s also not the first time.

3 month later update: this location isn’t perfect but it has definitely improved. You can eat inside on clean tables. Portion sizes are good (I was too hungry to take an updated photo). This is a solid 4 star.

This happened to be the closest Chipotle to my hotel. Unfortunately was very disappointed. Walked in 40 mins before close and the gentleman proceeded to tell me before I began to order “We basically have nothing.” He was correct, there was only 2 types of meat and rice up front. Not because they were unavailable, but because they decided to pack up shop 40 mins early. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I asked if I could have extra meat to compensate for the lack of options. He told me no and he would have to charge me extra. Absolutely unacceptable and I’m not the type to contact a corporate office, but I will pass the word along. This Chipotle probably lost 10 potential customers within the 5 mins I was there, as people walked in they immediately walked out. Steer away from this location.

The manager is unprofessional she always has an attitude when I come in she tells the coworkers to not give my daughter a small taco with rice and chicken on it!!!! ( literally that is all I order) Like seriously all the other chipotle stores give me anything I ask for but this one store will not because of her and I’ve been coming here since the store opened and never had any issues until NOW ( I don’t know what the manager name is but she always wear fake hair, lipstick and have a high pitch voice)

This chipotle is a complete disgrace. I’m convinced it has to be a requirement to just be rude for no reason to work here. I walk in and before the person ever said hello she started running down a list of everything they didn’t have, then ask me what do I want when clearly my only option was an empty bowl and a fork because even though it was 2 hours before closing they didn’t have ANYTHING! How you don’t have chicken, steak, rice or queso? They just need to shut it down and put something else there at this point.

Ah, where do I start. Over charged. Wrong stuff made. Don’t have knowledge of the menu. Overcooked dried out steak. Pureincompetence from start to finish. Don’t greet customers. I quit chipotle years ago because of the horrible service & decided to try again tonight because of the “kiethadilla” that’s being advertised. It is not served how the picture portray. You can honestly tell the employees are there for a check & not to satisfy customers which should be #1 priority.

Lady quickly mixed my quesadilla sides together, as in they were blended. She was slow, taking at least a minute to get the tortilla out of the bag (no exaggeration). The bathrooms had no paper towels, and the trash cans were full. Had to resorted to using napkins to dry my hands, but those were empty as well. My jeans were the final resort.
