This woman is so incredibly rude every time I eat at this chipotle. She refused to give me my bowl that I paid for, snatching it away from me because she thought I was trying to steal it. Mind you, she was not the cashier. If she was, she would’ve saw me pay for my food. She has no business working here, especially with the MULTIPLE complaints against her. I will be reporting her and her nasty attitude.

This chipotle location has severely went downhill over the past couple years but today takes the cake. I walked in to get a bowl at 9:42pm. There was no one at the register all I could hear was laughing and pans falling from the back kitchen. At this point it is 9:54pm. Why am I still standing here waiting? Finally a few employees come from the back kitchen and I still was not acknowledged, not a hello, how are you just a “what did you want”. Even then I’m naming the items I want but was abruptly cut off in the middle of me talking to a “we are out of tomatoes, corn,fajita, as well as steak and the carne steak” I said okay so then I changed the items I wanted. Mind you as I looked over at the “DoorDash section/online order section” of the chipotle I noticed there were all the items I wanted that I was told they didn’t have. I kindly asked if I could get the tomatoes and corn from the online order side because the container was filled to the brim, Mind you it is not 9:57pm they close at 11pm I was rudely told “that’s for that side, I can’t give you anything from that side” you close at 11pm there’s a full containers of the items you said you were out of. No accommodation could be made, like really? . The whole crew is just playing swinging their hair around food, playing on the phone instead of waiting on customers. And the worker made no attempt to put on gloves when making my food I had to speak up and say something. The only thing I give a star to is the atmosphere and the store looked semi clean. I honestly will not be back to any chipotle, this location just ruins my entire appetite.

Every single night around 9pm they start saying they are out of everything. Out of sour cream, cheese, fajitas, dressing, literally everything. The lady doing the food tonight told me I was greedy and just somewhere else because she was upset that I asked her why are they always out of everything so early. The store doesn’t close til 11pm. I watch other customers come in and just walk out upset because they don’t have the main items we want. Everyone just standing around. Tables aren’t clean, napkins, utensils aren’t replenished, beverage container is filthy. It’s just a mess in here I truly feel like this location needs a makeover. Starting with the staff. You should absolutely care when preparing someone’s food. In such a beautiful location with the worst service

I came to this Chipotle today and noticed a few things that could be better. The place wasn’t busy, but some tables were dirty, receipts were on the floor, and the trash cans were very full. When I got to the counter, I was told right away that steak carne asada was not available and that only credit card payments were being taken.
I know things like this can happen, but a little more focus on keeping the place clean and a friendlier way of giving updates would help a lot. I like Chipotle, and I believe this location can do much better.

Ordered online & it was the smallest bowl I ever received, only got a quarter size of sour cream & red chili sauce. My bowl was so dry. NO cheese. Very little lettuce. Maybe 6/7 pieces of chicken. Only thing I received a decent amount of is rice. I get it was closer to closing but this was unacceptable..

One of the worst chipotle location ever. Terrible staff service , they never want to take in store order. Only take online orders. They have been out of protein at 12 noon several times. I went in for a bowl and had a problem with the sour cream. I’m allergic to corn, so I specifically asked the employee for new sour cream. Instead, she ignored me and went to the takeout side, which is the same sour cream I wanted her to avoid. When I reiterated my request, she got upset and walked away, telling me it was about manners. I was frustrated because I needed her to listen to my request for my safety.
She then started to get smart with me, saying “it’s customers like you.” I was simply asking her to do her job. During checkout, she rushed me and kept saying “hello.” I told her to wait because there was no need to rush me. Her attitude was unprofessional; if she thought I was being rude, she could have just walked away instead of escalating the situation. First time here. Good food. Tables mostly clean. No napkins out. Trash cans overflowing. Lots of workers, not many clients. Someone needs to come out from behind the counter and keep restaurant tidy once in a while.

I stopped patronizing this location about a year ago. It oftentimes opened late and was regularly unprepared. Hoping things would have changed I visited on 02-02-2024 and my husband visited on 02-16-2024. Both visits the food was mediocre, the bags of chips were by far less than half full, and the customer service was horrid. I have only had this problem at this location. When asked NO one cared or had an answer. It looks like nothing but kids work here which explains a lot! Honestly, I am shocked this location is still open.
