The steak was chewy and fatty. I feel it is possible meat glue. This steak portion was never fatty and chewy before. Very disappointed. Meat was Too chewy to swallow and after paying for extra meat! Flavor wasn’t good either. Not cool! Service was good.

Listen when I order a bowl and make it a salad I expect enough salad dressing. I literally went back and forth with the cashier who told me my order was not a salad the dressing is free therefore I don’t get extra. Terrible service. Very rude and will not return. Chipotles service has gone completely downhill and the quality and service shows.

This place never has fajitas… ever. The only fajitas I saw were a handful of leftovers from the last batch swimming on top of the pinto beans soaking… ugh sick. I think the person scooping the protein was intentionally giving less so people had to ask/pay for double meat bc at least four people two in front and two and one behind me and myself asked for more meat and got charged $4.90 for extra!!! So no fajitas, very little protein and I asked for a vinaigrette dressing at checkout like I always do… nope don’t have that either. So I paid $16 for just a steak bowl with no fajitas, no dressing. I wanted guacamole but if I added that, I’d be close to $20 for just a burrito bowl!!!! Dannnnng, I had no idea it would cost almost $5 bucks for extra meat, will not go back here again. I seriously thought about walking out but I was starving and on my way to work 12 hours. Never again, this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to hands down.

Absolutely awful service. We ordered through Door dash and they messed up our orders, so we tried a redelivery, only for them to mess it up AGAIN! We had to go their personally and they offered to make it for us in person but the manager nearly messed it up IN FRONT OF US! Like we couldn’t see what she was making didn’t match up with the receipt, even though the label said what was on it. Not impressed. Not coming back. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and my bowl look kid sized, barely gave me any food, smallest bowl I’ve ever seen. And to top it off Damn near everything was empty so look like they was small portioning what was left yet I was charged same price. Then forgot what I asked to be added. I’m someone who gives a location multiple chances but 3 times with my bowl not being made sadly is to much. Will not be returning to this location anymore ill drive further or go to Qdoba.

They always run out of fajita peppers by 4 PM. You would think since they have many more hours to go they would be working more, but they do not. The tables are dirty and the trash is overflowing. The overall cleanliness is poor. Often the workers seemed to be bothered by being there.

Seems as if many reviews are missing..including mines so I’ll do it again. Nasty attitude of a manager, doesn’t care to accommodate or hold accountability for their trifling actions. The manager is a threat to society and needs to be boycotting. I beg of you..do not support a business who will give you unfresh food and attitude. Just don’t.

We dined outside and had to sit at the only table cleared. There is no maintenance outside to clean up the sidewalk tables. I feel this should be a necessity on a nice day when patrons are able to eat outside. An employee came in at the time and the issue still was not addressed before we left.
