I found a HAIR in my food. Did the restaurant offer to do anything NO. This is DISGUSTING. I have reached out to corporate and still NOTHING. This is so unsanitary, for someone to have to pull someone else’s hair out of their food that they spent their money on, is just out of this world. How does that happen? Clearly they are not following proper health and food preparations. To not take something like this seriously is just mind blowing. I still have this food sitting in my fridge, because I refuse to throw it away and have nothing done to correct the issue.

You guys seriously need to step it up at this location. Managers, area coaches. I have worked in Severna Park before & Miguel runs a tight ship. He never would never allow this to happen. I always have good experiences in Severna park and bad ones in glen burnie. One day I came here and there was a FINGERNAIL in my food in the medium salsa. I took it back and they gave me another bowl. That’s it. Why I still eat here, I’m not sure…? the staff acts like they are so swamped when it’s a light line. Sure maybe they just got hit with dinner rush. (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt) Either way. Line moves slow, workers don’t cooperate well. The lobby is TRASHED. As usual. Get a grip.

I ordered my food online. Picked up my food. The barrito was over cooked, my barrito bowl had black beans in it, when stated on my reciept no beans. What is crazy is a store supervisor made my food and he messed up my order. Like how this happens. He needs to pay more attention to the reciept when prepare a online order. Plus the store in general needs to work on better customer service. I tried to ask 1 female employee to put dressing inside my bag for my bowl. She was busy talking while making food. The when i get her attention she turn her head looked at me all crazy,then turn around. Now i dont know is it because she dont know english or what. But was very unproffessional and rude.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. Several toppings were “out,” yet the mobile order section was fully stocked with the same items. Even though the store was still open for another hour, they refused to use those toppings for in-store orders. When I asked about it, a staff member became argumentative and told me to contact the owner instead of addressing the issue.
This is my second negative experience with the staff here, and the lack of professionalism is frustrating .. especially as a paying customer who was met with unnecessary sass instead of basic customer service.

Normally, my biggest issue at Chipotle locations with mobile ordering is a smaller than expected burrito bowl and skimping out on the steak. However, this was the first time I’ve seen a bowl with an overwhelming amount of rice, lacking all other ingredients. Steak pieces were smaller than other locations too. They also missed out on sour cream, of which I ordered extra.

⚠️ Chipotle owner: I have reached out online and have yet to hear anything from you or a manager at your location. I have also called the store, gotten through to a manager and been laughed at. I don’t see how laughing at a customer is ever ok, no matter how young the guy was.
I ordered a carnitas bowl with extra fajita veggies, white rice and beans. I got whatever was left over and this was at 6pm. Literally two kinds of rice, whatever leftover chicken, steak, and sofritas!!! No carnitas at all!

This is hands down the worst chipotle around. They never stock up on ingredients, and are always out of something. It’s very dirty and messy, I’ve never seen a worker clean anything but didn’t have a problem making a mess. Lastly, very slow service and you should be prepare to wait in a long line for a long time.

I found a chewed fingernail in my food here before in the medium salsa in my food. Also the staff is rude I went in prior to close and they didn’t have white rice the other night and when I told them it’s their job to have it they threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave and were very dramatic. Ur better off going to Severna park if you want a good chipotle experience done right

This place never fails. Even when I did grub hub once and only got half my order, we drove over here and they remade the whole order for FREE! They definitely didn’t need to do that, but man, I really appreciate it. The food is always good too.
