As I lay in patient first today 3/6/26 I will definitely say I have been diagnosed with food poisoning. I was eager to get the chicken Al pastor this week and have been sick since eating it (3/2/26) I’m not sure what resolution they can provide nor am I looking for compensation just bringing AWARENESS food borne illness is no game coming from a person who’s been serv safe certified 3 times. PLEASE DO BETTER. This is the last thing I’ve eaten since I’ve been sick for a few days now and can’t keep anything down. Service and atmosphere was great just food prep etc smh

My order was wrong. I ordered half and half (white rice, brown rice also pinto beans and black beans) just got black beans and white rice for my veggie bowl.
Only had fountain drinks available. Guess you have to get there before 7:30pm to get other drinks like the limeade or tea.
Other family members woke up vomiting at 2 this morning from eating the steak and chicken burritos last night. May have gotten food poisoning.

Located in the Waugh Chapel Town Centre right off Route 3. Very easy to find with plenty of parking. I had not been to this location in a couple of years and I was excited to get a ‘bowl.’ Ordering was easy. Unfortunately, no guacamole. Two bowls were ~ $20 total, very reasonable. Very nice serving size, brought home for leftovers. The food was fresh and tasty, as I was hoping. The server and cashier were both friendly.
Now the negative. The eating area was in complete disarray. Multiple tables had not been wiped down (food was literally on the tabletop). Chairs were strewn. The trash cans were almost full. The area where you get your utensils and drinks was a mess and dirty. Absolutely unacceptable (for management, 3 pm on 08/21/22). Until this has been fixed, I will only do take out there.

Received the wrong order and thanks to this AI, now you can’t talk to a human at the restaurant. I dont live close enough to run back but mobile orders are not worth it and the app is crap. Giving me a free drink for the wrong items on my bowl right after I spent over $10 for is disrespectful. Don’t waste your time

The guy with the long red hair is absolutely rude. He kept looking out the corner of his eye at me while I was trying to get his attention. I asked about my online order. He pointed at the shelf and said online orders go there which DID NOT answer my question. Nobody feels like dealing with rudeness after a long day at work and just trying to get something to eat. This is not my first experience with him. He is always treating customers this way.

Have had multiple issues with this location getting my order wrong, poorly packaging food for delivery (my whole bowl busted open), and ultimately food quality. It was bad enough this time that I sent a note to Chipotle customer service and am getting no where. Cross-contamination issues and horribly dry unseasoned chicken and white rice. Couldn’t even finish my meal. Try a different location if possible!

The main problem with this branch is that compared to others in this part of Maryland, servers give less protein, but the cost of the meals remain the same or rise with inflation. They need to provide equal meat as other branches or be reformed. Other similar restaurants also provide better quantities of protein than this one.

I have been to this location twice. Both times packaging and food was horrible. This particular order was delivered.
I ordered 3 soft tacos and this is what I received tacos wrapped in foil. At first, I thought it was a burrito. Ordered large chips and queso. I counted 16 chips in the bag and they were stale. I wonder how many days the bag was left on their shelf. Very disappointing.
I think staff and management need to have care for patrons. I would not serve this food to my dog. It had no taste and poorly packaged.
