Horrible quality. We consistently get nasty guac. Either the avocados are hard and you cant even dip a chip in it or it’s stringy and brown. I know they cant control the avocado quality but they can control the quality of what they sell. Just say guac is unavailable. Chips are usually unseasoned. Tonight they are literally wet and bendy. When you ask for extra of something, you dont get it. This establishment is way too expensive for such nasty food. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your money.

I’m confused by a lot of these reviews. Not to mention the chick complaining about “too much” toppings for her food? Do you not have anything else to complain about so you complain about getting too much food? Go touch some grass.
The atmosphere is fine, the staff were helpful and friendly and not to mention the boatload of food they gave me, I’m not going to complain about “too much” toppings when I paid $20 for the meal.

Always do drive thru and orders are always almost exactly on time for pickup sometimes even early. My only issue is that seem to run out of the special drinks that I pay extra for, and to compensate me they just give me a soft drink which costs less than what I spent for the special drinks. Other than that good place.

the most bland chipotle i’ve ever had. someone back there must be allergic to seasoning or catering to the fallston karens. pinto beans were dried out and nasty. and they double wrapped my burrito with tin foil inside of it so i got a nice bite of that. forest hill waaaaaay better.

I made an online order to be picked up at the drive through. The order was ready when I got to the restaurant and when the employee handed me the bag I noticed the sticker that seals the bag had been torn open. But I went on my way to home, when I open one of the bowls I ordered it looked as though someone had eaten out of it. THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THE RESTAURANT -NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! I got in the car and went back, the sign on the door said “online orders only because of staffing shortage” I entered to find 2 other customers complaining about their orders as well. No food was in the wells it was all in the “back” of the kitchen. They did remake the order but WHAT A RIDICULOUS process! We won’t be going back.

My wife and I went through the Chipotle drive-thru lane. When we got to the window, we waited for someone to ask for our name. Once we gave it, the employee handed us a bag and walked away without saying anything or giving us a chance to respond. Inside the bag were two empty cups. We then had to wait for another employee to come to the window and actually assist us. It was clear that customer service is nonexistent from the first employee. The other girl was very nice.

6/19/23- ordered food from this location again and it seems like all of the kinks are worked out. Food was fresh, had the right order, and portion size was fair.
7/27/22- made the mistake of ordering here again. Picked up my order, got home and it wasn’t what I ordered….again. I’m done ordering food from this location.
7/26/22- two customers were in the restaurant and the employees were getting confused about items in each order. Left with my carry out dinner and my order was wrong.
4/1/22- Restaurant is closed often, but they don’t turn off online ordering, so you order online and find out the restaurant is closed when you arrive to pick up your order. When you call the number posted on the window for a refund, it doesn’t connect you to the company. Even when the restaurant is open my order has been wrong 90% of the time.

I typically go out my way to come to this chipotle instead of chipotles closer to me because usually it’s good, but today was just horrible. Employees had attitude and were not friendly, and my bowl looks like this. Why am i paying the full price if my bowl isn’t even full?
