Very unfortunate that this chipotle already has so many reviews stating what I was about to share… thankfully the doors were unlocked when we arrived, but with every customer that entered, each of the 6 employees seemed annoyed/frustrated and either signed, complained or rolled their eyes. After waiting for our food, we went to sit outside to have the doors locked behind us and a paper sign put up on the door stating “online orders only.” This was 6:30 pm on a Tuesday, when it says they’re open until 10 pm.

The food at this location was terrible. The barbacoa on my burrito was dry as if it has been sitting out all day. Ironically, I paid for a double portion but barely received the standard portion amount. The bowl I ordered was supposed to have double meat as well, it did not. Not to mention it was flavorless. The chips were overly salted but not stale which was a plus. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

I’ll never forget how excited I was to hear of a new chipotle opening near me. And with a drive thru???! Wow heaven. However this chipotle should be shut down along with its employees being canceled. That’s the new slang kids use now a days for people who overall suck right? They hate interacting with human beings idk why they would ever have a job where they have to literally ask people what they want to eat and proceed to make it for them. I feel uncomfortable for even having the thought of wanting a chipotle bowl!

I live a few miles from this location and I really love chipotle….. otherwise I would never come here ever again. The bad service, weird closing of the dining room and forced online ordering has been going on since they opened. There’s no new management. That is a fake review. It’s the same rude woman that was there this time last year. Nothing has changed! Do yourself a favor and drive to forest hill, this place is terrible.

The WORST experience. How can your dining room be closed at 6:45 with no sign letting anyone know, after we paid for our meal, we sit down to eat in the restaurant and the cashiers tells us we have to get up. Funny that an employee got to sit in the restaurant and enjoy their meal. So we sit outside in 90 degree weather with bees and flies swarming. I go in to ask why, and an employee tells me “ I don’t know”. Pure ignorance and laziness.

I made an online order to be picked up at the drive through. The order was ready when I got to the restaurant and when the employee handed me the bag I noticed the sticker that seals the bag had been torn open. But I went on my way to home, when I open one of the bowls I ordered it looked as though someone had eaten out of it. THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THE RESTAURANT -NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! I got in the car and went back, the sign on the door said “online orders only because of staffing shortage” I entered to find 2 other customers complaining about their orders as well. No food was in the wells it was all in the “back” of the kitchen. They did remake the order but WHAT A RIDICULOUS process! We won’t be going back.

I ordered at 7:45 and the app said ready at 8;20 got there at 8:25. Waited at the drive through window for more than 35 minutes for food that the app said was ready. They forgot my chips and quest and now that I’m home I’m out $9 bucks and 35 minutes for my time. It took them an hour no apology no attempt to make the wrong right just horrible service. What a waste of my time and I will attempt to escalate this higher!

Front line Employee walking around cooking chicken and eating chicken out of a plastic cup in front of customers.
