Recieved a Very brown guacamole. They either didn’t use enough lime and/or used bad avocados. I feel like the people working there should know better than to serve this slop. We even mixed it to see if it was just surface browning but it continued. And for the record the photos make it look a lot better than it did in person.

Food was standard Chipotle. Beef was a little tough. The chips were clumped together in the bag & the queso was lukewarm. The service however was sub-standard. There were a few items I wanted ( steak, fajita vegetables) that at the bottom of the bin. I asked for fresh items & the staff acted like I was asking for a million dollars. She clearly looked & acted like she didn’t want to be there. No smiles from anyone behind the counter. No thank you at the register.

Tonight, I paid $10 for a kids meal. The employees here are miserable, stingy, and very rude. I mean come on, you’re making a kids meal for a child … have a better attitude.
It made my son ask me “did I want to take it back”. That is unacceptable. I visited this location the day before and there had to be a different crew working because the attitudes were completely different. Tonight the worker didn’t even fill the protein up in the kids meal tray. It was halfway full. I asked for a little more meat and she scoffed. Wow. Very rude. They act like the products come out of their paychecks. Then proceeded to charge me for two sides which the workers on Saturday didn’t. I explained to them, if you are going to charge for sides be consistent. Don’t charge me one night and the next night you don’t. I rather it be consistent. They all are looking at me like I’m crazy. You understand to charge me but then don’t understand what I’m explained. Weird. Will be reporting you their attitudes and customer service because it was unacceptable tonight.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place WAS great when it first opened.. everything was fresh, looked clean, and the employees were friendly. Not anymore this place went downhill FAST. The workers look miserable and are very rude. The food looks old and simply just bad. The area where all the food is kept to serve looks disgusting and messy.. certain toppings mixed with other toppings. I went in to get a burrito bowl and had to tell them I forgot my card in the car so I could leave from how disgusting everything looked and also how rude the employees were.. like they were bothered that I came in to order some food in the middle of the day. Never going back to this location and I warn everyone I know about how terrible this location is.

I frequently use Chipotle catering for work events, but this was the first time I ordered from the Broken Land Parkway location. Quality of food was great. Crisp chips, tender steak, and the guac was fresh. Would recommend

We passed to get food , and the staff was rude . The lady had an ugly attitude and was being sassy for no reason. She also barely put any rice onto the bowl and once I asked her to put a little more she said they didn’t have anymore when the bin of rice was full, they barely put any chips in the bag and they ended up being stale.

The steak bowl I purchased tonight had mostly inedible meat. It was fatty and extremely tough. I would appreciate a refund and who allowed that meat to be served.

The pricing is a bit … obnoxious IMO ($$)
The atmosphere is nice, seems clean and cozy.
The staff was friendly, they seem a bit understaffed/overwhelmed though (I’d put this on management, not the employees themselves, the employees seemed to be doing their best – props to the employees frfr)
