I went to columbia mall to get chipotle with my boyfriend. I made sure we went right after opening (10:30ish) so that our food would be fresh and there would be no line. We ordered our food then sat down, but as soon as i opened my bowl, there was a dead bug sitting on top. How the employee didnt see or catch that? im not sure! i was truly disappointed and disgusted. I LOVE chipotle but im officially traumatized. How are there bugs in the food after just opening? then when we went to get a refund the employees were behaving as if this was nothing/normal. I just cant believe it!

Not sure I would have tried this location based upon the reviews, but I’m here to say my experience was fantastic. My steak bowl was prepared with everything I asked for and the portions were certainly very good. The entire thing was fresh and tasty. No issues, perfect experience! Thanks.

These people are trained to skimp you on everything. Please complain to the corporate about the teaspoon of beans and a whiff of barbacoa that this location apparently considers as an appropriate serving size. For the first time in my life I was able to finish the whole bowl. Absolutely scammers

Normally I have good experience at this Chipotle. Today I got a burrito, came home, unwrapped it, and this is what it looked like. How am I supposed to eat this? And they didn’t even give me a fork. What if I didn’t have one where I was eating this? Couldn’t have at least double-wrapped it in another tortilla if you saw everything was falling out and not closing properly? This made me really angry and I completely lost my appetite trying to eat this ridiculous excuse for a burrito.

I’ve been to this place for last few years, but the quality & service has been an issue for over last year. Perhaps new manager took over?
1. Food is not being prepared well.
I’ve been getting rice that isn’t cooked thoroughly, Guac that has been left outside too long and started to change it’s taste. In my most recent visit, I picked up my order with Side of Guac had huge piece of it’s peel. I doubt they clean the peel well, so I had to trash the whole thing.
2. Employees are not being trained well.
There has been few mistakes in the order, but my recent visit, they completely gave me wrong bowl – wrong protein and wrong sides.
I’m not intend to return to this store.

There’s a big communication issue at this chipotle. Staff and manager don’t understand basic English. Due to that they did not charge correctly for my food. I only got two sides and additional guacamole for the kids meal but they still charge for three sides. in addition to charging for the guacamole in bracket, also (guacamole prize are insane ).

I don’t normally post reviews but I went to this location since the one on Dobbin Road gave me the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle but I think this one might take the cake. I haven’t gotten Chipotle in over a month since they’ve been skimping me on more than one occasion. The burrito is smaller than my hand, I asked for extra (not meat) but it just seemed like they gave me less than I get at the location by my house – in which I never need to ask for extra. Don’t go unless you want to waste your money.
