Avoid this new location. I just picked up my order a few minutes ago — two bowls that looked fine at first glance. However, as soon as I opened them, there was a strong burnt smell. The vegetables were charred black and mixed in with the rice, and it seemed the employee tried to cover it up with a layer of lettuce and cheese. The result was completely inedible. I recommend skipping this location and heading to the one on Route 40 or in Columbia instead.

I visited this Chipotle location on Waterloo Road today. I’ve been coming here for a while, but this visit felt different.
First, the protein portion was noticeably smaller compared to what I’ve consistently received over the past few months. I understand portion control is important, but the serving today seemed significantly reduced.
Additionally, a few hours after eating, I experienced loose stools. I can’t say with certainty that it was directly caused by the food, but the timing was close enough to make me question the food handling or freshness.
I hope management looks into consistency in portion sizes and food quality. I’ve generally had good experiences here and would like to continue coming back, but today was disappointing.

Not thrilled. Thought it was going to be better than the Columbia location. Not at all. I ordered online thinking my meal would be ready for pickup. It wasn’t. And before anyone thinks I ordered and showed up at the same time – I ordered at 4:45pm for a 5:20pm pick up time. Ordered wasn’t ready and I had to wait another 30 minutes after that. Meanwhile, I watched them help about 20 customers. Hopefully this place will get better.

The Columbia / Ellicott City area really needed a solid Chipotle that is consistent. I visited this new location on its second day, and YES! Impeccably clean, friendly staff who cared. The loaded the bowl nicely and really gave the value for price paid. Also, the food was spiced very well, super fresh, and delicious. Looking forward to this becoming a consistent location.

My family got 5 bowls and you’re saying instead of putting them in separate bags, you pile them all up in one bag, basically waiting to be ripped open from the bottom. The bottom bowl was compressed and deformed by all the other bowls, and not only that, it was missing ingredients as well. At the beginning when this store opened, everything was well made and everyone was satisfied but now, everything is made poorly, with wrong portions, missing ingredients and at this point we’re getting scammed. We were excited to see that a chipotle has opened up near us, but now, we’re extremely disappointed by what had happened. I hope to never experience this again.

Made an online order thru the app. Order was stolen at window. Manager said they would not remake order since it wasn’t their fault and to take it up thru the app. Unacceptable! Better service at Regional Ale. Chipotle manager sux!!

Incredibly poor service. Made an order and it was not ready even 30 minutes after the expected pickup time. If you don’t have the staff just don’t accept online orders. Done with chipotle and this location. Management should look into this and determine if this is appropriate. Chipotle is losing its name due to poor franchise management.

If i order a salad i want the salad lettuce mix. If i wanted the regular lettuce i would order a bowl. It is the most simple thing in the world to put the correct lettuce.
