Do not eat at this location – this is the worst Chipotle in the country. Filthy inside. Trash cans overflowing. Tables have food and trash on them. Workers don’t greet, thank or smile at customers. Ordered online today and they forgot my chips – still charged me. Sent me a QR code for a new credit card!!! and said it was for free chips – nope. Then also delivered a bowl with brown/black guac. in it – absolutely disgusting – look at this pic…sickening.

This is the second time I gotten food at this location. The first time I thought perhaps it was a fluke, but today again, the food was way too salty! Everything was over salted, beans, rice and chicken. Three layers of salt! I would think the salt is as carefully measured as the chicken and guac! Smh Not going back to 9701 York Rd location.

Very nice and friendly workers. They do not skimp on the bowls, and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The rice is never hard or undercooked, and the chicken is well seasoned and hot. I go here once a week for lunch and have never been let down! Attached bowl size for proof:

I’ve always loved Chipotle the food is consistently fresh and delicious, the service is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. It used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick, satisfying meal.
However, I’m really disappointed with how much the portion sizes have decreased while the prices keep going up. It’s getting way too expensive for what you actually receive now. I still enjoy the flavors, but it just doesn’t feel like the same value it once was. I hope they bring back the generous portions that everyone loved!

The burrito had a weird off taste. I dont think they refill the containers of food they scoop from often enough. The proportions in my burrito were off. 90% rice and beans, 10% everything else. The outside of the burrito was slimy. The lettuce was brown. They dont care.

Nearest Chipotle to my home. My first time at this Chipotle has been my best time since. That one time, they weren’t skimpy on nothing then but the other 12 times… every single time they are skimpy on the meat & Guac. They shake the Guac off the spoon before serving everytime. The meats are often 6-7 diced pieces. It’s disappointing because my first time was so amazing with them actually giving me a full scoop of Guac and decent amount of meat before asking for double meat. The Guac is really fresh tasting. The food has a fresher taste than most other Chipotles, the intentional skimpy portions is the only extreme gripe and honestly I get sick of getting burned from giving this place a chance instead of having to go out of my way. I hate having favorite chipotles but I can’t stand only having 60% of my bowl filled and the majority is rice, lettuce, and beans. The one down the street is a bit better. It would be a perfect leading example of a chipotle if they give the people more meat, Guac, & queso.

I feel bad going to any restaurant late at night, plus most Chipotle’s I’ve been to are in terrible shape near close… No food, rude workers, and lower quality food. I understand it’s unpleasant to help last second customers… However, this Chipotle was well stocked, well cleaned, and all the workers were extremely friendly. Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious. Some of the best chipotle I have ever had. I fully believe everyone working at this Chipotle at 10:30pm on Sunday, 10/26 deserve a raise and major kudos. Will visit again.

11/18/25- 6:00pm- My experience at this Chipotle was absolutely horrendous. The customer service was unprofessional from the moment I walked in. All of the servings in the containers were extremely low, and when I asked if they had more in the back, the server told me the meat was “for drive-through only.” I pushed back and asked for fresh meat, and instead of helping, she gave me attitude.
This is not my first time at this location I usually visit on weekends and never have this issue. But after this weekday experience, I will never return during the week again.
To make matters worse, the barbacoa made me sick, and the sour cream had a noticeable smell. Completely unacceptable. This location needs serious improvement!!!

My food was marked as delivered but it was never brought to me and was sitting in the pickup area. Instead of remaking it I was told to wait a full day for a refund which is inconvenient and unnecessary when the situation could’ve been fixed right away. The goal is to receive food when you’re hungry and that didn’t happen here.” The staff need to redone here.

Food is usually on point here. Today for whatever reason a young staff member had an attitude while giving services. Food prepared with substandard and needed to be brought back for correction. Older staff viewed items, fix them, and everything is good from there.
