Haven’t had good experiences with this chipotle. I’m not sure how you load a ton of sour cream in a bowl that didn’t even request sour cream. Tons of sour cream but barely any chicken! The lunch I couldn’t eat because I hate sour cream or go back to get fixed. Mistakes happen but how do you put a topping that’s not even on the order slip in the bowl.

3 only because i have had some positive experiences here BUT. My last order was awful. Extra corn but barley got any, very small portion , rice was hard, plus my chips were so stale I couldn’t even enjoy them even a little . And my boyfriend’s burrito was drowning in sour cream , no he did not get extra plus he pulled out a chunk of lettuce (the hard end part) . My bowl is in the photo, and no I didn’t take any bites yet.
Edit… The woman in the picture does not do full scoops. Even if you ask for double meat, she does not listen. She also has a very negative attitude… And does not know how to speak to people. The person in front of me and behind me in line also had some things to say about her.

This chipotles food is amazing and never disappoints. The staff on the other hand is terrible. I usually have no issues but the reoccurring issue is with this short hispanic female that is at the register. Each and every time i’ve came in there she’s extremely rude and gives customers dirty looks. I’ve asked for sides like sour cream, etc and each time she’s rolled her eyes and spoke no words. I wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t a constant issue with her and i’ve seen no changes since she’s worked there. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t treat people with respect and kindness!! Each and everytime i treat her with respect and have seen no difference in her behavior. Chipotle do something about this it isn’t a good representation of your company.

I had ordered from this location in via Uber Eats. I ordered two bowls: one with double honey chicken, guac, corn, fajitas, tomatoes and the other with barbacoa, extra honey chicken, guac, corn, fajitas, and tomatoes. When they arrived, they were of such small portions that together, they barely made for one normal sized bowl! I have ordered from this location in the past, so I’m not sure when/how the quality dipped, but this is unacceptable, especially considering how expensive things are right now. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I gave this chipotle 3 chances and each one was more disappointing than the last. The biggest issue is the tiny half scoops, I’m paying for a bowl not half a bowl. It’s almost like the employees are trained to barely fill the spoon, then they look at you crazy when you ask for a little more. They’re usually out of food and utensils, they don’t tell you they’re out of ice before you pay $3 for a drink either. The final straw was tonight when the girl was more worried about rushing than listening to what I asked for and put the wrong topping in my bowl…after waiting in line so long I didn’t even bother asking her to remake it. Not worth waiting in the long line or paying $14 for a bowl that isn’t even filled. I’ll stick to Qdoba until this location is better managed.

it’s clear they’ve gotten new management or something because th tables are finally clean, and the portions weren’t lacking!! didn’t get her name but she was rlly nice and gave me great portions. love to see it

Terrible experience with GM Marian Quiroa. I spent over $70 on multiple burritos and a chicken bowl, and every single item was missing at least 70% of the meat—my bowl had 2–3 pieces of chicken total. I brought it back completely untouched just to show there was basically no protein, and Marian flat-out refused to even look at the bowl. Instead, she raised her voice, cut me off, and insisted she “doesn’t make mistakes.”
What made it worse was how embarrassed her own employees looked—they were apologizing to me while she waved them off and walked away, telling them to give me a tiny condiment cup of chicken. When the staff are more mature and professional than the manager, there’s a real problem. Portions and attitude were both terrible. Avoid having her make your order.

I ordered online and expected to grab my order from the shelf and go – just as the ordering site states. When I arrived, no orders on the shelf. I waited a few minutes while trying to make eye contact with a lady in the kitchen. She saw me, asked my last name, and handed me the order. Not exactly the most efficient process for a grab-n-go. After I got home the food was tasty but disappointed my chips were broken into small pieces. Maybe next time will be better!?

Before I ordered I had 2 girls look at me and get on their phone and finish their conversation before taking my order. Once I could order food was cold, like weirdly cold. But ironically they had no ice, the ice machine was broken. Overall horrible experience.
