I bought launch takeout from this location, but when i saw the food after i leave it ready to eat I got dry tree leaf inside the food, It seems something something they pick from the floor and put it, its not soft the leaf, its too dry.

I have not had issues with food quality. I think that is usually standard and good at chipotle. However I would advise never to order catering from Silver spring location. Staff and managers were not professional. They did not have my food ready at the given time and the next morning they kept the doors locked for 25 minutes while my friend waited to pick it up! Then once inside she was berated and spoken to in an extremely rude manner by a manager! I am highly upset with the way my order was handled. I paid over 200$ and my friend and I received a very poor treatment at this location. Food was good though

My first time doing a pick up order at this location and I didn’t see a shelf to pick up order and NOBODY was at register for approximately 10 minutes (with multiple angry customers ready to check-out) to even ask so I asked someone on further instructions to get my food and he said stand in line to get food so I did just that. Then, when i get to register I was denied my food that I stood in line for and was brought my original order which was cold….The employees were smart mouthed and laughing at the situation. The confusion could have been prohibited if someone was present at the frontline. I am brand new and new to Maryland in general so I was not aware they kept there shelf in the back with them due to stealing issues and they were “expecting” me to know the process, but as an employee/manager never expect someone to know something…..I will no longer be a customer at this specific location, plus making sure everyone I know don’t go as well. Horrible management/Horrible experience.

If I could put less than one star I would. This location is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The service is always bad and slow. Today one of the workers decided to cut the line to get herself some food. All the people in line were ignored while this member of the staff rudely moved us away to get her food. Not even once they apologized for ignoring us and serving a worker instead of us! We were already waiting there for some time. And to top it off there was cockroach on the food bar, nobody took care of that even though they saw it. This location is definitely extremely bad and the lady that usually does cashier task is one of rudest employees they have. She talks badly about customers in Spanish assuming that we don’t understand, thankfully I speak more than one language and I do know what she says.

I’m a little confused by the negative reviews. I’ve ordered from this Chipotle multiple times, with family and just by myself, over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. We’ve also ordered online and had a seamless experience. I’ve usually been in the afternoon. It’s often busy, with a lot of patrons eating inside the restaurant. It’s got a nice patio area as well! We’ve pretty much always been satisfied with the food and portions.

This location needs new management and needs to be closely watched by the regional director. It is constantly dirty inside and the staff never even tries to clean messes when they’re not busy. I’ve ordered delivery from here and its been wrong multiple times or has extremely small portion sizes. They also don’t give free water cups, every other chipotle I’ve been to does. In the past they’ve tried to tell me more than one scoop of rice has to be charged as a side, which is not true and again, only happens at this location.

What’s wrong with these people. I told the dark big girl with braids what my code for and instead of saying anything that didn’t work, she just let me pay for me. Then I realized it never came off and I asked to speak to the manager but instead of coming out, the lady comes back out basically saying they won’t help me? On top of that she started to catch an attitude and felt the need to rise her voice. When I have been nothing but nice. After being told they wouldn’t refund or even attempt to recheck me out, I’m waiting thinking the manager would come out but nope. Smh the worst service I have ever received from Chipotle. Honestly their customer service has truly gone down hill.

I truly dislike that the salad vinaigrette is not free anymore. They charged me 3.29 for 2. Nobody wants to eat a dry burrito bowl. SMH the manager wasn’t even accommodating. Her response was cold and uninviting. She needs to be retrained on positive customer service. And the policy should change.

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! About a year ago I went there & as I waited in line a female employee came around with a rag and started wiping down the counters then came over to the food bar & with the same dingy rag wiped the food bar down all while the rag was touching/getting in THE FOOD!! Oh did I make a scene, especially after the employee accused me of lying after reporting her to the manager. Not that he shared my concerns, he didn’t seem to care much at all, but he still attempted to make things right by stirring the food up (guacamole & beans) the rag went into, I was appalled. Haven’t been back since.

I don’t eat out that often, but when I do, this is my go to place. The lines are normally long, they move fast. The customer service is great and the seating area is normally clean. The one in Silver Springs was a little messy because customers left napkins on the floor and tables. I’ve only had one bad experience at Chipotle and that was the one in Iverson Mall. The guacamole had turned brown and that is how they were serving it. I don’t go to that location anymore. I always ask for a little more black beans and fajitas on my Chicken Bowl. All of the ingredients are fresh and looks good. They have the best corn that I have ever tasted. And that salad dressing is the best. I found me a tee shirt that says, Extra Like Guac!
