I always try ordering from this place and when I get the bag, I see no napkins, no fork, then barely any portions to these bowls, They always do this and I recommend you guys to order from a different chipotle because this is the only one that gives small portions. I will start ordering a different chipotle. This happened again. It never stops, everyone always has a problem with mobile orders. I don’t see why people would like this place. 2 pictures of different times these guys do the same thing man.

I just bought a bowl at this location. The staff is always friendly, but the girl who was serving my food today was literally putting food in my bowl as if she were serving a child’s portion. My bowl is practically empty. I asked her for more lettuce, and she did add some, but it was literally just 2–3 extra leaves, and that was it. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. I feel like I would have been better off paying for a kids’ meal instead of a bowl.

Smaller burritos and higher prices. I ordered two burritos and not only were they small but filled with rice, with little to no meat. Very unsatisfied. I have not experienced this from any other chipotle until now. My 12 year old son complained about the lacking meat within his burrito. Eating out is already expensive enough. It’s even worse when you feel cheated and do not receive your moneys worth.

I first ordered my food on the chipotle app and after waiting over an hour saying it was made and ready to be picked up by the DoorDash driver, I was told it wasn’t there when it was confirmed. Then luckily it was canceled without explanation.
My main problem is when I re-ordered my food and went to the same store to pick it up. I spoke to the “manager” who said her name was Carmen, she was extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive. She couldn’t answer any questions I had and when I was speaking she would walk away and pretend to not hear me. As I waited to get her name she spoke to me in English then to a coworker in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand all of what she was saying. As a loyal customer who goes to that chipotle all the time and I usually don’t have any issues. I’m very upset and disappointed to be treated that way. Especially by a “manager I never seen or heard of named Carmen” must be new. Never seen her and I been going there for 6 years +

Usually I have decent experiences with chipotle, but today at the Connecticut Ave location, they put something I told them I was allergic to on my burrito, casually scraped SOME of it off along with half the food in the burrito and curated me extra for it. I literally couldn’t eat it at all. They didn’t even offer to remake it or anything so I could actually eat my food. That’s beyond hazardous and disgusting.

First time to tried, it was ok, good for a quick meal during the day. I ordered via app. and it was ready on time even though this location is alway very busy. (I recommend, if you don’t want to wait in line so long, it is better way to order online or mobile ahead around 20-30 minutes)

Everything was correct : burrito, carne asada, chicken, cheese, black beans, brown rice, romaine, queso blanco, red and green chili sauce. Overall, as for the taste were good as standard as franchise restaurant. Anyway, I ordered adding more protein but the portion I got, it seem less than suppose to be.

Good location in Aspen Hill Shopping Center and pretty free parking lots. New and nice size restaurant and also have a few outdoor seatings if you want to avoid crowded dining room.

If I could rate 0 I would. There was 8 people in the line with one 3 costumers, including myself, and all of them just ignore what you are saying and just what whatever they feel adding o. To your order. They missed to items on my orders and gave me anxiety because they were just closing my bowls even though my order wasn’t complete. I love chipotle and this is the second time I come to this location and the first time I thought it was just a bad moment for them but todays experience was even worst.

Do not get carry out from this store. They have 4 people working behind the counter and cannot keep up with even a slow to moderate amount of orders. Literally wanted 20 minutes for chips and queso after I had ordered ahead.

The staff just ignores you and is extremely unhelpful. I am writing this review as I wait with 4 other people waiting on carry out.

And their soda machine is overflowing.

The service is bad, They don’t care who comes and picks up your order. I literally order my food 1 hour ago and they gave it to the wrong person. made me wait for like 20 more minutes. Order online is pointless at this place . Also not to forget that their portion size is less than half of scoop, better to order in person you get scammed for the price..

Yall need to fire your personal in the lines and THE MANAGER ASAPPPP!!
