I had a good time here. I ordered a chicken bowl. I wish I would have seen the fajita veggies and added them to my order (why doing an online order and picking up can be better). The staff were kind in waiting for me to be ready to order, but they seemed indifferent when interacting with me. I felt rushed through making my order (there was nobody else in line), and the staff member processing my payment seemed lethargic. The music was just hardly bearable (too loud to hear my own thoughts), but it was much better than the two previous locations I visited this month.

Guys, the service was good and everything, but I came in around 10pm after a workout craving Chipotle. Later, around 4:30am, I was throwing up raw chicken—TMI. I started spitting up the food and realized the chicken was off, then I saw it was raw. I’ve never felt so sick from undercooked meat in my life. I had to dig into my fiancé’s bowl, and the meat was raw and undercooked. What is going on? He feels sick to his stomach about this, and I was just texting my friend who was saving her bowl for tomorrow. I used to work at Chipotle as a teen, but this was sickening to me to actually eat this as a customer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!! ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!!!!

It has been a long day and I didn’t get a chance to eat after going to run errands and pick up my daughter. I checked the clock and still had time before Chipotle closed. I had never been to this location. When I arrived, I saw that some of the staff were already making their own to-go bowls so they had me wait until they were ready. I asked for a bowl and everything seemed fine until they got to the sour cream. When they place it in the bowl, it went through like water. I asked them if they had any in the back refrigerator but the manager said no. I persisted in asking because I kept looking at my bowl with the watery cream. I felt a little silly because the staff was making me seem crazy for asking. Eventually the staffer that was serving me decided to go to the fridge and pull out a colder version of the sour cream. I was waiting to see uf my bowl would be redeemed and it was better. I continued to ask for the rest if my add ons to which I had to ask several times for more because the staffer just put in meager amounts. I felt like it was because I was so persistent about the cream. I wish the service was better. I should leave feeling like I stole something, just because I kept asking for good service. I hope they do better. I will not be returning to this location. I have never experienced anything like this at the other locations I go to.

This location has ongoing customer service problems that need corporate attention.

During my visit, the staff failed to greet or acknowledge me and my children, even though the restaurant was not busy. My order was made incorrectly, and when I tried to correct it, the employees ignored me, spoke about me in another language, and threw the food away without asking. A new bowl was made, but an undisclosed $5 upcharge was added afterward instead of being communicated before preparation.

The staff became argumentative, sarcastic, and unprofessional. They refused to complete my full order, denied service at the register, and created unnecessary conflict in front of my children. When I asked for a manager, I was completely ignored. The person who appeared to be in charge stood by and did nothing to address the situation.

This store repeatedly fails to follow basic service standard… no greetings, no accountability, and no professionalism. The team lacks proper training in communication, customer service, and conflict resolution. Corporate needs to review this location’s management and staff conduct immediately.

I had a really disappointing experience on my recent visit. The cheese was extremely salty—so much that it overpowered everything else in the bowl and made it hard to finish. I usually enjoy eating here, but this time the food quality was way off. Hopefully this was just an off day, but it definitely wasn’t what I expect.

I’ve been going to Chipotle in Halloween every year, but today my experience at the Kensington location was completely disappointing. My daughter and I were wearing costumes, and the cashier, Stephanie, didn’t even notice. She charged us full price, and when I asked why, she and her coworker just said, “Too late, your Apple Pay already went through!”
They acted like it was a proud accomplishment that they didn’t have to help us or fix the mistake. This shows zero concern for customers and felt like outright false advertising. Absolutely unacceptable.

I honestly do not understand how such a popular chain can serve food that feels careless and low quality. we ordered taco and steak bowl. the quacamole already looked dark, but knowing how quickly avocado changes color, i gave it a chance- that was a mistake. It tasted off and had gone sour. it should never have been served. the tacos were not just soggy, they were swining in liquid. i guess from the black bean. I won’t be going back.

The service was decent. I generally like the bowl with double meat and extra cilantro. Barbacoa and steak or barbacoa and pork. Guacamole for some avacado etc. The tea is usually unsweetened which is good. The bowl is better for gluten intolerant. For lectin sensitive , skip the tomato salsa’s and beans . I would also skip the corn due to GMO and glyphosate spraying issue. The queso is good if cow milk / milk lectins doesn’t bother you. The chips I believe are also corn so similar issues here. Asie from those issue, I think the food is pretty good
