All Three Orders Had Only 3–4 Pieces of Meat
I ordered from Chipotle through Uber Eats and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. All three of my orders came with only 3–4 small pieces of meat each. It’s unbelievable.
It truly feels like they give extremely small portions to Uber Eats customers, even though we pay more because of delivery and service fees. This is not acceptable and not the quality or portion size I paid for.
Very poor service and definitely not a good look for Chipotle. They need to be consistent with their portions and stop shortchanging delivery customers.

I went to this chipotle recently, five minutes ago, and as soon as I got out to eat my crispy tacos, my tacos were soggy. I come to this location a lot because it’s very close to home. There is no consistency in quality.
Sometimes the food is good, other times it’s bad. Today the rice was mushy and there was almost no flavor.
I also notice they have a lot of turnover with staff. Probably why there’s no consistency.

Always love chipotle . This location is busy .. it’s good to order online and then pick up , instead of going there and ordering ! There is a wait time if ordered there. As always the food was great . Always love their rice bowls and guac/chips. Parking is a big problem here . Make sure you park in side streets if possible . It’s an awesome spot though. Good experience overall..

Chipotle is always been my fav for their Mexican mix and instant pickup option. And this one at Rio helps you to easy pickup your food and sit next to the lake and enjoy your meal with your family and friends. Love their service. One of the most disappointing food experiences I have had ever, that’s why I am writing this review. I ordered 3 tacos and one burritto bowl. Both orders were shamefully wrong!
The soft tacos prepared as the base and then wrap with maybe 1/2 spoonful of rice then folded. The ingredients that were requested for the burritto bowl were added on top of the soft tacos so by the time the food arrived the tacos were inedible soggy and soak in the ingredients juices.
The burritto bowl had the ingredients requested for the tacos so the bowl was half full with extra sauce juices pooling in the bottom of bowl.
When I called the restuarent, the AI answering service would not put through the call to a human, store manager. When I tried to report the errors on Uber I couldn’t upload the picture, which was a simple iPhone photo!
This has been my cure from ordering from Chiptole, this particular resturant in particular and further reduces my usage of Uber Eats.
Please spare your visual eating pleasures and do not order from this restaurant!!!!

Not to mention when I asked for a little more, the lady rudely looked and said with attitude, “ so you wanna pay for extra” I thought extra…. You have to first give me something to claim extra in… The scale and level of service is really decreasing..;-(

They’re supposed be opened at 10:45 but when you get at that time is still closed. And then when I tried to pay with cash the lady was mad and told me that I had to wait to open the register. And gave an attitude it was the manager.
