The service is so bad here. The ladies on the line always have a HUGE attitude even when people are being nice. They make up imaginary rules to just benefit the company(?) like you can only use one coupon at a time or they can’t put soft tacos in a bowl…. lol I ask for extra rice and they’re like “I already gave you extra rice” with one scoop. The problem is if they actually had GOOD service, I wouldn’t even mind the attitude but they always forget something like chips or salsa or something is ALWAYS wrong with the food quality. I honestly hate this location and will drive 10 min extra to go to the one at the rio. Last time They gave me a ROTTEN avocado in the guacamole and I complained and the staff at this location did not care at all lol a joke of a “restaurant”.

Moved to the area a few months ago and I’m a Chipotle fanatic, but unfortunately this location is by far the WORST taste wise. This isn’t just today but every time I come here. The chicken has no flavor. Guacamole has no flavoR. Corn NO FLAVOR Even their sauce is mediocre. I am looking for salt and pepper, which they don’t have either. i’m currently eating this bland food ( at least attempting to) as I am just coming from the gym and only had water today. The crazy thing is as I’m typing this a couple next to the table. I’m sitting at are saying the same thing. Service is good. Everyone is nice enough, but please use some seasoning when cooking. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!

I have ordered delivery multiple times trying to give this location another chance but the staff cannot follow simple instructions. Adding ingredients that were not listed for an order. I have ordered in person as well and the staff are rude and talk amongst themselves instead of adding food to the orders. Even when it’s slow they still mess up on orders. Get it together over there!

This is the worst Chipotle around the area. Constantly dropping the ball. Half of the workers have no idea what is going on or what to do. This right here is what drew the line. I paid extra for a side of guacamole and they clearly gave me two day old guacamole. This is disgusting. Why am I being given old guacamole, especially after paying additional for it? Last time I ordered here I specifically asked for sour cream on the side and when it arrived it had not only sour cream on the side but a very large amount of sour cream in the bowl. I’m tired, I’m irritated, and just down right mad at this point.

Was one of the best Chipotle in MoCo. But on December 13, 2025 when it was buy a burrito and get an entree free. The first lady taking orders was very rude, to me and my family. Rushing us. Telling us what we ordered. We are paying customers! I didn’t make you work there. Be polite nod and say yes! Don’t turn around and start speaking Spanish and talking about customers!!!!!!

This Chipotle is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. It’s always dirty (tables/floor/drink station). The staff are rude as ever and the food isn’t made as the other Chipotles. Today was my last time going to this location. The woman who handed me my food was beyond rude, I was so taken back because all I said was “have a good night”. Management DO BETTER

I’ve been to Chipotle plenty of times and usually don’t expect much beyond decent food and basic courtesy, but this visit was genuinely uncomfortable. The weird guy who handed me my order didn’t say a single word and wouldn’t even look at me. He just shoved the bag toward me while staring off somewhere else. When I said “thank you, have a good one,” I was completely ignored.
I get that people have bad days and that food service can be stressful, but basic acknowledgment and respect are part of the job. This felt rude and dismissive, and it seriously rubbed me the wrong way. If customer interaction is this much of an inconvenience for you, just quit. Whoever the GM is of this place needs to clean house considering there are countless reviews about poor service here.

I have been coming to this location for the past couple of years and they have always delivered quality food and service. But today’s order was the first time I have been disappointed with their quality of food. Both bowl orders had chunks of avacado and cloves of onion that were not prepared correctly. The rest of the bowl was subpar to what they usually would deliver, hopefully this location can improve their quality of food preparation which i believe in they are capable of doing.
