Chipotle always hits the spot, however the person chopping the vegetables here doesn’t care about doing things the right way. My friend and I both got bowls. The stems and ends of the vegetables were in both our plates. Obviously you can tell with a mouthful of food and then you realize you’re chewing on the stem/root of the vegetables. This is the only location I have ever experienced this.

I am honestly appalled at the portion size that I received today. I ordered a burrito bowl for pick up via the app, got home and opened up my bowl to find this. It was supposed to have extra corn salsa. It probably has half a scoop of corn, max. And the measly sprinkle of lettuce on top is just sad. Do better, chipotle.

I usually enjoy going to chipotle but today’s experience left me unsatisfied and even upset. Today, at around 1:00pm I went to order at this chipotle and I got one of the most horrendous services ever. The guy that was serving me had a curly hair and was pretty tall. He was being snarky and made unnecessary remarks regarding my order. When I asked for one protein he would give me the other and act like it was okay. I asked for no beans yet he still tried to give me beans and looked mad when I corrected him. We decided to eat inside and the place was freezing, to the point where we had to leave. I also did not even receive a receipt which I typically get all the time. It was on overall upseting experience especially, when you want something good on a Sunday lunch, I will never be coming back to this chipotle again.

Asked for guacamole because it looked fresh and bright green. The dude helping me goes to the back without saying anything and scoops me some old brown guacamole from the back. At a glance it looked okay so I paid for it, but now that I’m opening it I feel totally duped. The guy was also rushing me.

The food is good. There are plenty of options for meat or vegetables. The good thing is that they display all the possible calories for each meal. The burrito bowl is definitely one of the more healthier options available. You can use the app to pre-order your food.

I come to this Chipotle often as it’s right down the street from work. Food is always cooked well and is tasty, but I wish they were more generous with the portions, I get half scooped here all the time. Same prices as other chipotles. Good enough for me to return often. Manager is cool.
