This is unacceptable behavior in customer service. Basic courtesy should be expected, but this experience was very disappointing. We will never come back.

On 2/4, I ordered food for myself and my wife through the app. There are two Chipotle locations near me, but I usually go to 865 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 (6 minutes away). However, due to declining customer service, quality, quantity, and consistency, I decided to try the other location at 11802 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 (7 minutes away).
When I arrived, a woman promptly handed me my order, and I headed home. As my wife and I opened our bowls, we noticed the guacamole was very dark and had a rancid taste, so we scooped it out. I even took a photo to show next time I visit. While eating, my wife asked if my rice was hard. I hadn’t noticed initially because I had less rice, but as I continued, I realized it was. I had white rice, and she had brown rice—both were hard.
I spent $27, and neither of us could enjoy much of the food. I don’t understand what’s happened to Chipotle’s quality and consistency.

Hispanic girl with glasses acts like the sour cream comes out of her paycheck . I asked for extra 3x , first time her first scoop was fine but the second was half and the third was even less! So yes i’m paying for my food so I asked the cashier for more after and she commented in spanish to the cashier thinking i didn’t speak Spanish when i understood. Also I asked her to mix it and none of it was mixed . Get her out the front !

I’ve seen plenty of negative reviews about the online ordering experience, but to be fair, it’s pretty decent. It may not be quite as smooth as it was a few years ago before COVID, but it’s certainly not as bad as those one-star reviews make it out to be.

Found a corner piece of plastic in my food… looks like from a bag of some sort. This was take out so didn’t have a chance to reconcile this with anyone. Threw it out. Hope chipotle reaches out to fix this. (Also they forgot to put sour cream in my bowl of which I had included in the ordered)
