Worst ever experience from this location! Half of my bowl was empty, I don’t even get normal portion of any ingredients. I bought queso and it was half cup. I went back to ask, the manager Sandra gave me tiny cup of rice said this is the normal portion you should get, if you have question call the corporate and immediately walked away. I can’t believe it I have had chipotle so many years, Never been treated like this, the whole crew is not polite to me at all. I’ll never visit this location again, terrible experience!!

I come to this Chipotle every week, and unfortunately my experiences with one employee, Sydney, have consistently been negative. She regularly gives noticeably small portions and will intentionally shake the spoon so less food ends up in the bowl. When we ask for more, she responds with attitude, and when requesting extra steak, she has quite literally added only a single piece.On one visit, food fell onto the counter and she put it back into my bowl, which is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I spoke to the manager about these issues, but it doesn’t seem like the problem has been addressed, as the behavior continues. I expect consistent portions, basic food safety, and respectful service—especially as a regular customer. This situation has made me seriously reconsider continuing to come to this location.

If you want a burrito the size of a child’s fist, this is the Chipotle for you. If you want guac that has clearly been sitting at least a day, this Chipotle is for you. If you want customer service to offer you a side of guacamole after completely messing up 3 entrees, this is the company for you. Really I’m never going back to this location again. Too many chances given, each time my food is garbage. Go to Gaithersburg or another restaurant, thank me later

picked up a burrito bowl…the lady gave little rice, barely covered the bottom, even when I asked for more rice, she barely put in any; I got white rice, chicken, corn, cheese, and lettuce. 6-7 hours later, I had an upset stomach and extreme diarrhea, which lasted over 24 hours. I’ll never eat here again.

Yesterday when I came to chipotle with my friends, I ordered two large chips, one small drink, and one large drink. I was not paying attention to what the worker was doing and was on my phone until it was time to pay. The worker made me pay two times, and I was hesitant but still paid even though my card had verified and the payment had gone through the first time. After I had paid, I took my bag and realized that the worker had given me two small cups in the bag along with my large drink (which was handed to me). When I noticed this I assumed that he made me pay for two small drinks because he had made me pay two times so I thought nothing of it. I offered the extra cup to my friend who I had originally ordered the small drink for and went to go get her drink for her. After I had done that, I started filling up my large cup when the worker came up to me and accused me of straight up taking the cup from the counter and stealing it. I told him I absolutely did not take anything but he kept harassing me and telling me I stole and need to give back “what I took”. He then proceeded to say that he could show me the footage of me stealing the cup so I said “Okay, lets go and see the footage”. We started walking towards the counter and then another worker who was a lady was asking what was going on. Both workers then proceeded to start speaking in another language which I think was Spanish and then the lady started accusing me of stealing the cup too. I explained to her that he was accusing me of taking a cup when I didnt take anything and then I said he said we could see the footage so lets go see. I started walking towards the back urging to see the security camera footage but the lady yelled at me and told me to sit down. I moved to the side where I then started talking to another worker who had asked shat was going on. She was way more understanding and even apologized on their behalf. While we were talking, the other two workers who had accused me of stealing called me and were like “here is your cup back”. This irritated me so bad because the had still not shown me the camera footage and had made a whole scene about me “stealing a cup off a counter” just to in the end give me my cup back. They did not apologize at all whatsoever and I felt like that was an attack on me because of my race.

Do not order take out from this chipotle. We had ordered three bowls and it’s only half filled. I can barely find any rice or chicken in it. Super disappointed!!!! And VERY HUNGRY still
Update: went back there, asked for new bowls and they actually gave us new food. Manager could work on his attitude but happy I got my food now.

I grabbed a quick lunch here that was a salad with chicken. The staff are very nice and we’re very accommodating to my special requests. It was very efficient and I was in and out in under a few minutes. The food was perfect and met my exact expectations. I did not dine inside but it was very clean and well spaced. Definitely will be coming back here.

Not sure why my kids are obsessed with Chipotle but I keep taking them even though THEY ARE STINGY with their portions. More cheese please and thr give you another pinch. The workers act like they own the business and have overspend on toppings so theyre trying to ration lol. A mess!
