This Chipotle is conveniently located right off Annapolis Road, making it an easy stop whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go. They’re open daily from 10:45 AM to 11 PM, which is great for both lunch and late dinners.

The dining room is spacious, and they also have a nice outdoor deck if you prefer to eat outside. There’s even a drive-through, which adds a ton of convenience—especially if you order ahead using the app. They have a dedicated pick-up area for mobile orders, and everything was ready when I arrived.

Prices are consistent with other Chipotle locations. The food tasted just like you’d expect—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a Chipotle meal. The staff was fairly helpful and friendly, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant.

Would definitely come back, especially for the convenience and layout of this location.

Chipotlane took about 20 minutes to get through. They clearly don’t have the customers using this feature as a priority. It took about five minutes when I got to the window for them to even come ask my order name. It would’ve been faster to go inside wait in line, order my food, and walk out. Gave me plenty of time to sit in line and write this review.

Flavorless white rice. Little to no cilantro. No salt. No lime. Stringy guacamole. Short staff. Two people running the front. One lady ringing up, one lady preparing with a backup of customers and online orders. I don’t fault employees, I fault management. Definitely much better run Chipotles out there.

I love the Chipotlane feature but this place can’t get an order right to save their life. Of my past 5 visits, 3 items have been made incorrectly each time (once, I had an order in my bag that wasn’t even mine) and today might have been the worst (60% fail rate). I’ve included photos.

I ordered a salad with double protein, brown rice, pinto beans, then some condiments. I opened my bowl (which was incorrectly labeled as the second person on my order, but we stayed together, so that was just a quick swap) to find white rice, a serving of meat, sour cream, and salsa. No beans and, for my salad, no lettuce. The meat couldn’t have been a double portion. This cost $17 and some change. The offer from Chipotle’s automatic customer service was just a free entree (which doesn’t account for extras) — the second time I got a coupon after paying for extras and getting an incorrect meal. It’s close to where I work but I’m not sure I can return again — this is too frustrating. I don’t recommend it. Servers clearly aren’t paying attention.

Recently, I placed an order for delivery, but the store did not offer an option to add extra sides, such as salsa. I contacted the store, and Sarai answered the phone with a cheerful demeanor and was willing to assist me despite the fact that my food had already been prepared. I greatly appreciate her willingness to take the time to assist me and would like to express my gratitude for her exceptional customer service.

I ordered online for pickup and once receiving my order my bowls had hardly any food in them. I have gone into the store several times and the portion sizes were satisfactory. I will never visit this location again as I do not appreciate being sorted like this just because I am not physically able to come in and watch them make my food. This is such a disgrace. My photo looks like it’s been eaten but in promise you it hasn’t. I had to double check my bowl as it felt like they gave me an empty container. For this I paid $12. Never again

I watched the manager stop a customer from stealing tips to pay his meal, wearing all black with black ski mask. But first I was greeted by 4 teenagers blocking the line talking loud charging their phone. Someone with legs up across 3 seats as I went to get my folk and napkin. Is it just the area? I would have to buzz people in. God Bless those workers there. FYI 6:30 pm.

Bunch of angry workers resource guarding the food…at least the food could be cooked to standard to compensate for all that strenuous portioning but unfortunately they couldn’t achieve that either. Disappointed.

Aside from the creeps they allow in and let stay in the dining area…the portions have gotten better. I’m more frightened by the people eating inside than the people making my food which is sort of an improvement. I’ve been satisfied my last few visits after deciding to give this location another shot. Keep up the good work..and please get that security guard back
