It’s Chipotle so the food is good There is usually quite a wait for online orders. Today the staff seemed overwhelmed and the security personnel helped to pack the online orders for pickup without gloves! Sanitizing or washing hands. This defeats the efforts of the sanitized and gloved up employees.
Parking is tight during peak hours. The place is well maintained and clean.
*Edit* I ordered 5 dinner bowls today and the portions were rationed! See pictures. Some with no veggies and others with very little beef and rice. This place has become a hit or miss. The images are orders for one steak and chicken bowl with white rice, fajita veggies, fresh tomatoes and sour cream. And three chicken bowls with white rice, chilli salsa, cheese and romaine lettuce.

First thing we noticed upon entering is how LOUD the music is. I am glad the employees are able to enjoy themselves, but… during business hours the music needs to be turned down a bit (maybe down to 20 at least ).
Three of the employees seemed to be doing all the work while another 3 stood around and gabbed, completely ignoring us as we were sent down the line, causing a back up. Our food was automatically bagged to go without even asking us. The cashier was in a hurry to clear up the back up (not his fault) so he even threw our cups into the bag.
The water in the soda machine is carbonated , the chips not what we are used to. ♀️ They were thick, hard, and mostly burnt.
The burrito bowl was good. Overflowing with food. But, the rice is undercooked and hard.
There was no pleasant conversation during our meal as we couldn’t hear ourselves think, much less the other talk.
Overall, a lousy experience. A semi decent meal with nothing to drink if you don’t drink soda. We will NOT be back. As a matter of fact, as the music progressively got louder (each song it appear to get turned up), I finally had enough and chose to finish my meal in the truck.

$4 for extra chicken which is barely 5 pieces of shredded chicken breast ? ! That is just sad! $4? I didn’t say anything because the server said $2.90 extra , but it was $4 on my receipt. $4 for 5 cubes of chicken.
This year I’m going do my best to stop going to fast food places. MONEY IS HARDER TO MAKE THESE DAYS , give me what I pay for.

Thought I’d give chipotle another chance. Hadn’t really had it in a couple of years with the exception of once a couple a weeks ago. I got sick from a location in Paris so I decided to give it up for awhile. Gave it a try last week at the Chevy Chase location and had a great experience. Thought I’d give it a try again this evening. Long story short, I paid for double meat with chicken and Beef Barbacoa with guacamole. The bowl had NO chicken at all and no guacamole! What a disappointment. Chipotle is way too expensive for these kinds of screw ups. I’m done.

With that said, I would not recommend ordering delivery. I haven’t done so in a looong time because I find that staff in general skimp on the proteins for online orders. However, I did so today and it was disappointing. I ordered/paid for steak and received chicken. I selected no beans and received black beans. I selected extra of the Hot salsa (received none), and just a sprinkling of corn and cheese. Last but not least, the vast majority of the chips I ordered were burnt. What a waste of $25

I’ve had bad experiences at this location but this time was better. At first, I was a little bit concerned when I went to pick up my order and my food wasn’t on the shelf but I asked about my order and she had my bag behind the counter. If I was starving, I would’ve been annoyed because I ordered ahead and I was hoping to just grab and go but I assume either they just finished and just kept it nearby or they’ve been having issues with people taking the wrong orders or stealing.
Other than that, the burrito was good, warm, but a little gristle was in my chicken which I’m not a fan of.

This is ridiculous! I was hesitant to order here after reading reviews. I said I will give them a chance maybe my experience would be different. NOPE! I was wrong. Came at night, no one in line. Store was dirty. Still took a long time to make my order. The cashier must have had a bad day. It showed all over her face. I get home to eat the food and my chicken was cold in the middle like it had been frozen. Im so disgusted I didnt follow the other reviews. This location needs to improve their services and quality of food. I would like to support this business in my community but at this rate it will be hard for me to return.

I don’t know how else to put this: my experience with Chipotle was infuriating. I ordered a standard chicken burrito for delivery—something so basic, so foolproof, it’s literally in the name. What did I get? A burrito with everything EXCEPT chicken.

Left 1 star because I had too, but this place just opened and the staff definitely need more training and professionalism.
2 grill guys chit chatting just to mix the rice it took 5 minutes ! Line and cashier looked completely lost: they added more wait time by chit chatting with the grill! Line wasn’t stocked up and grill closed a hour early. Line looked completely dirty ! And empty. Only the older lady working the hot and online orders looked like she knew. Even found hair in my food to top it off. horrible experience! Should’ve just stayed closed until they trained people
