Couldn’t finish my bowl. The meat was cold and the bowl as a whole was missing the chipotle taste. I had high hopes for this place especially being closer than the other locations but looks like I’ll to drive pass this one for the location in Clinton. Smh
Please do better. The people of Upper Marlboro deserves better.

That new manager in training the woman that work on night shift on today December 11,2025 should not be the manager of this area her nasty attitude and her facial expressions is beyond disrespectful instead of handling issues she speaks in Spanish while pointing at you . I simple ask why she gave me a half of spoon of protein stating it’s a full portion when it was a corner had a attitude and spreader it charged me extra just to do this

I ordered my food and picked it up through the Chipotle Lane drive-thru. When I got home, my food looked like someone had already eaten from it. I took it back, but the staff acted like it was normal—no apology, just complete indifference. The customer service was terrible. On top of that, the drive-thru is extremely slow; they make you wait about 15 minutes before even acknowledging you, without any communication. It’s disappointing that they don’t seem to care about how they handle people’s food.

I was very disappointed on the workers who didn’t allow us to eat here, we got here at 9:50pm and they close at 11pm. We came here to eat and they refused at first until they let us dine in. The worker was very rude and it wasn’t very pleasant. They were so rushed up closing up, I understand why but they still had a whole hour and people kept coming in to order. Terrible service.

Can sometimes be hit or miss but overall good experience. Any issues, quick to remedy. Wish quality was a bit better but experience this at most chipotles.

I went to do a mobile order and I will not be doing that anymore I asked for extra toppings and they act like the quantity they give us is coming out of their paycheck. I asked for extra they did not give me extra. I don’t understand why it’s simply that hard. They have some of the goofiest staff at this location, slow and poor service. The one guy opened the drive thru and just stared at me and almost dropped my bag of food smh new staff please !
