This has to be the most consistent chipotle location I’ve been to. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, the bowls are always nicely portioned, the guac is always fresh and green, the chips are never stale. It’s rare for a fast food place to be this consistently good. Greatly appreciated

I don’t understand how this chipotle is so much better than every other one around here, but it is. The food is just better here – the steak is hands down cooked and seasoned better than any other chipotle I’ve been to. Wish they’d have this location train all of the others in Baltimore. And of course, the fact that the staff is so on their game helps, too.

I’ve been coming to this chipotle for years now and they never miss! I always say I’m gonna post and shout out how dope they are here but by the time I finish my bowl and take my food coma nap I always forget lol but I wanted to just say thank you to the staff here! They are always super kind and diligent and the food is always well done!
Plus, I’ve seen a lot of negative posts about portion size at chipotles across the board – I’ve never had a problem with that here! So I don’t know if maybe folks need to lead with more kindness but the portions I get here always great! I love it here! And the people who work here are amazing! Check them out!

THIS IS MY FAVORITE CHIPOTLE ❤️i live in columbia and this location consistency is immaculate. They always give me two vinaigrette sauces(AND MAKE THEM RIGHT UNLIKE OTHER LOCATIONS) and make the bowl clean. I’ve noticed that they used to give me tiny portions but today I had a nice full bowl as u can see in the picture! My only downside is they look like they’re dying inside but i really hope the district manager sees this and gives them a raise! I know when i come to this location my bowl is going to be delicious thanks for ur hard work chipotle employees. My belly is very happy! Also look how clean my bowl is: (i eat it upside down)

This location always shorts the bowels on proteins. Today I literally counted 6 pieces of chicken total in my bowl. My sons meal was missing both sides. They gave him 2 hard tacos and beef..nothing else that he ordered! I called and spoke with Gloria the manager. She was arrogant, did not care and just told me to file a complaint online. I asked if she was going to do anything about it, she said the email will come to her…I then asked would she fix these issues today. She said no! Wow…

It’s a Chipotle so you know the food is constantly good. Love the new brisket burrito! The only downfall to this Chipotle is that it’s so damn busy and crowded. Don’t even attempt to go there once school lets out…..disastrous long lines with stupid drivers everywhere. Good quality food though, great customer service.

Chipotle in Maple Lawn is awful. We ordered food through the app and picked it up within a minute of when they said it would be ready. It was freezing cold and my son’s tacos were so inedibly runny we could pour them down the sink – only fluid. We asked for a refund and were told since we ordered on the app we needed to get the refund online. I asked for the refund online and got “thanks we’ll let corporate know. Sorry!” But no refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had freezing food from this place but it will definitely be the last – the customer service is appalling.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with this location. The staff is often rude, with the workers usually teasing the customers. Plus, the portions are noticeably lacking. I always order online and specifically request extra corn and cheese, yet I barely receive even a standard amount, let alone extra. It’s frustrating to open my bowl and see maybe five pieces of chicken at most and a tiny scoop of toppings. It feels like they don’t take the time to do their jobs properly. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Even the Columbia Mall location serves noticeably fuller portions with better service.
