I really hate to be this person, but it’s almost comical yet beyond annoying. Haven’t had chipotle in years and was excited for this collab. I’ve attached what a normal version of this collab has looked like vs what I got. I ordered on the app, maybe had 3 pieces of chicken??? Absolutely ridiculous.

I must express my sincere gratitude to the team on Tuesday night. The grill cook and the manager provided exceptional service. They served delicious food and ensured that the staff worked efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. The carne asada was particularly noteworthy and should be a permanent menu item. It’s evident that the staff and management genuinely care about their customers and colleagues. Despite my initial negative experience, I decided to return, and I’m delighted that I did.

I have used the Dunkirk location for the last 8 years. The food quality has decline over the last couple months. The food taste horrible, portion sizes cut in half and the young people they hire lack communication skills.
I visited yesterday and had a less then desirable experience. The young lady was very disrespectful and didn’t understand my request of double meat or sides of sour cream. I asked her name so I could speak with management, all she would tell me was “Bree”. It wasn’t worth the hassle by the end of my visit so I paid and left. I will not be returning and will have to drive farther away for food the used to be good.

In 19 years of eating Chipotle, I don’t think I’ve ever felt strongly enough to leave a review. This bowl I just got doesn’t even taste like Chipotle flavors. I’m really confused because it looks like any other bowl I’ve had but it tastes like a bowl of unseasoned mush.

The service here is beyond ridiculous! A lot of snobs! Beans look awful and STOP putting so much SEASONING in the BEANS! my son cannot eat them! Way too much! I’ve avoided this location for a long time due to poor quality. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance and I really wish I didn’t. Spent a little over $60 for our meals, and 2 of them were fine and the other 2 were not. I paid for guac on one bowl, but there was no guac to be found, so that was a nice up charge for nothing The other bowl (which was mine) had a huge wad of long hair in it that I discovered in my mouth I tried reaching out and was prompted to text with a damn “pepper” The issue with the missing guac was taken of, however, the HAIRY CHICKEN BOWL was not I’m being generous by giving y’all 1 star…you can thank the talking pepper for that.

Tortilla on burritos were old, hard and stale so of course everything busted out. The edges were so hard, it was inedible. When I got to the stuff in the burritos, the rice, beans and meat was not seasoned at all!! We all know what chipotle is supposed to be like… this was nasty, threw everything out, still hungry. NEVER COMING BACK. Try Prince Frederick.
