The area where you pick up your food is awkward. I stood there and no one acknowledged me to see about my order. I had to go up to the counter and inquire about my order.

LITERALLY the worst location i have ever been. Location closes on 11pm, we were there at 9:15. Some items were out and they were cleaning the kitchen already…. Staff was not friendly, and was aware that the soda machine isn’t working, yet they kept selling “soda” no utensils, no trash cans, water and ice all over the floor in the “soda” section and bathrooms.

Went there two weeks ago to pick up a door dash order. Female associate told me they didn’t have my order. Door dash app told me it was ready. I left and came back after 10 minutes my order was ready. A door dash miracle. I wasn’t rated high on this pick up due to Chipotle associate ineptitude. I give the service a zero.

Food quality and taste is good. Other than the ability to make the salad dressing right. Taste always changes and is a miss majority of the time. Speed on the other hand is atrocious. One of the slowest chipotles I’ve been too. There is always a line and no sense of urgency when ordering. I always wait about 20 minutes in line with about only 12 people ahead of me on average. They’re either understaffed, under trained, don’t care or all of the above. I’m an avid chipotle goer and I’m highly disappointed. They need help, new management or something. This Chipotle is in a busy location, but they navigate it well. When fully staffed, the line moves pretty fast and the have quite a bit of mobile and carry out orders throughout the day. Great portion sizes and the food good.

These are the worst chipotle workers ever. They are blatantly rude. The workers gave my mobile to another person who claimed to be me and when i told them that those people weren’t associated with me, they gave me attitude the entire time and were not trying to remake my order. The absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Let’s be honest though, this is not any kind of five-star establishment, but still. I ordered from the app and still had to stand there and wait 20 minutes. Yet another great reason not to eat “fast” food often.
