Came in and there was virtually no line. Workers gave substantial portions, much larger than what I’m used to at my home Chipotles. Food was great, tasted pretty standard for a Chipotle.

I come here all the time and I love love love chipotle. I’m a die hard fan. But today I felt really disrespected. Miguel was at the stand and I ordered double chicken. The portion he gave me was less than the normal portion so I asked if he could pls put more. ( I am paying an extra $5 for chicken, He picked up 2 pieces of chicken and put it in my bowl. Everyone else was so nice but him. I ordered 100 dollars worth of chipotle and he didn’t even smile or even say good morning. I was skimped and played today and I don’t appreciate that. Everyone needs to have good customer service cause I’m just supporting. He ruined my morning and everyone else’s food.

I have given this chipotle SEVERAL chances! Today was the LAST straw! I ordered a chicken burrito bowl & a chicken quesadilla for my girlfriend via delivery and the order was completely wrong. I had a large scoop ice cream scoop of guacamole and I HATE GUACAMOLE! To top it off there was literally no chicken in the bowl and no cheese in the quesadilla. I have been putting off this review for years! This location is by far the WORST chipotle in the area. I literally will and have gone an additional 10 minutes to go to the Greenbelt location because I know my order will be correct and receive better customer service.

Food was subpar at best, black beans were dry and hard, I had to pick them out of my bowl. The chicken was dry as well. First and last time going to this Chipotle.

This store has sensational customer service, that is dedicated to serving their guests wants and needs. Mackenzie and Cesar are amazing workers. They really helped me and my group of friends. Especially Mackenzy. They definitely deserve a raise!!!!!!
