Granted I came in relatively close to closing, maybe 30-45 minutes before their posted closing time, they seemed a lot more preoccupied with getting me out the door and just throwing my bowl together really fast. Atrocious serving sizes. Somebody who I assumed worked there or was friends with several of the attendants there came in, and they chatted for no joke 2 minutes while I was standing there waiting to check out. It didn’t really bother me because I wasn’t in a hurry and again, was close to closing, but was a bit unimpressed.

Very disappointed in the carne asada I had in a bowl. I had to wait several minutes, the lineman asked some woman several times when it would be ready. When she had it cut, she put about 8 small strips on my bowl. In amount, this was about half the amount of protein compared to the amount of protein others were given in their bowls & burritos. The carne asada cost $2 or more so the price is what makes up for relative cost, not reducing portion size. Or do the scrimp on the meat AND charge more?
When I pointed out this difference, the woman said I had the right portion. What?
In addition I could not chew all the given carne, at least half the pieces had a lot of un chewable gristle. (Photo,,after I tried 😉 )
Restaurant was clean, plenty of staff to keep line moving, other than waiting quite awhile for the carne asada to show up. No one swiping down tables though.

I got sick from food poisoning last time had a bad fever. RAW CHICKEN. now this is the SECOND TIME getting served with RAW FOOD which is sick. Cooks are not looking at temperatures. This is the last time coming here. Speaking from an old chipotle manager Fairfax corners Va and seeing this store nah man manager needs to step up on the cooks cause you can literally kill someone from eating RAW FOOD !!!!!!!!!!

Always love the rice bowl from chipotle . We had veggie bowl with spicy sauce and it was phenomenal.. chicken rice bowl was good too. Service could be better . Lots of space inside to sit and dine . Parking is good too.. overall a good experience

Ordered 2 veggie bowls and chips
1. Out of chips
2. The 2 veggie bowls were very light in weight. Opened it and saw they were not even halfway full. Also missing some stuff like lettuce and the rice was very raw.

Whenever I go to this Chipotle after 5pm there is always an issue when I go around 11am-1pm it’s great. The day shift crew is much better than the night shift crew. Why is this? The night shift crew skimps on the food and try’s to charge you extra if you want a little bit more. They have gotten my order wrong every time. What happened to the customer is always right? The night shift supervisor/manager needs better training, speaking as a manager myself.

We made an online order I ask for double meat but when i opened it they put too little of meat.. my order cost $14.15 and they put little portions. Its very unsatisfying! And when im in the middle of eating im chewing something that feels weird and when i look at it, there was a plastic on my food! Im starving so no need to bring it back and argue for it! Ill post some pictures of what my food looks like and plastic that i found. This is very disappointing location of chipotle.
