I went to Chipotle and ordered a bowl. While eating, I found a bug in the salad. I informed the staff and they replaced my bowl, but only by removing the lettuce. What was most concerning is that they continued using the same lettuce for other customers, even after an insect had been found.
This is disgusting, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. Food safety should be a priority. I did not feel safe eating there and would not return.

Let me start by saying I’ve been a chipotle guy since burritos were 5.99….but this is too much…..just came from here about 20 mins ago…..for starters SLOWEST SERVICE EVER….also the person putting beans on my order kept trying to give me the wrong kind and got mad when I corrected him….figured id try the braised beef then me and my wife watched him dig into the super soupy bottom of the metal tub and gave me super small portions….asked for a extra corn and salsa and this what I got….now I’m not trying to get nobody in trouble but this is ridiculous….i paid 12+ for this….never again…TRASH

This Chipotle has a system for very fast and smooth service. The line moves efficiently, so you are in and out with ease. A clean and safe atmosphere with a diverse group of customers filled out the line all with smiles of hunger:) Yes, check this location out, and you will be back. It was also obvious this is a young people’s spot, all respectfully taking care of business inside and outside, I assume. This was my first visit, and my impression of this location was a good one. I will be back to see if it holds up to it.

Stopped by this chipotle location in Bowie by my house, and this location never disappoints, and the ladies working there are amazingly great! This location is very generous with the ingredients and you will not be disappointed with your order. Tonight I got a chicken burrito double meat and that thing easily weighed 5 pounds. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I love this location! It’s never crowded and they don’t do the weird rationing of tiny portions. My order is the same whether I order in person or online.
*update* Some days are actually a hit or miss, I guess I was fortunate enough to only experience one miss. Not a huge deal, my burrito tasted the same, even though it barely had any meat. It was probably the world’s smallest burrito, they are helping customers with portion control, I guess ♀️. As they passed it down the line adding toppings, I had hopes someone would have wanted to remake it since the store was empty, no such luck. It was smaller than my spare Billie I keep in the car .

My wife just picked up dinner for her and I.
First, she had to wait a very long time for an online order.
Second, we ordered a large guacamole, and there was half of a whole avocado in the bowl that is so hard it can not be cut.
Third, we both got steak bowls. Her bowl has a normal amount of steak, and my bowl has no steak.
Very disappointing.

Chipotle is popular with google. I’ve never eaten at this location. Pictures is a bowl with double meat steak and barbacoa with extra cilantro. Yes you can get cilantro if you request it. I don’t think its on the menu. Chipotle is generally good for quick bites to eat, but one can sit down. The tea is unsweet. Food without artificial sweeteners or colorings is a good thing. I like the guac as well on the bowl. Pictures is extra queso with chips. Generally chipotle is cheaper then most spots and the serving sizes are decent. Ill have to verify if the food is really non gmo. Not sure how to validate, but would be a good detail
