I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chipotle recently, and I’m honestly left questioning whether I’ll ever return. To start, the portion sizes were shockingly small. I’ve been to Chipotle before, and while I know it can vary a bit, this was just unreasonable. My bowl was barely filled—there was almost no rice, very little protein, and hardly any toppings. It honestly felt like I was getting half of what I usually expect for the price.
But what really ruined the meal was the overwhelming amount of sour cream they piled on top. It was drenched, to the point where it was completely masking the other flavors. I’m a fan of sour cream in moderation, but this was just excessive. It made everything soggy and unappetizing. The sour cream completely took over the taste of everything else in the bowl. I couldn’t taste the rice, the beans, or even the meat. It was all just a soggy, creamy mess. I couldn’t even finish my meal—what should’ve been a satisfying dinner turned into a wasted experience.
For the price, I expect much more, both in terms of portion and quality. This was just a letdown on every level. I’m really disappointed, especially because I used to enjoy Chipotle, but after this, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. It felt like they just didn’t care about the quality of what they were serving, and that’s not something I’m willing to pay for again.

Really getting tired of them skimping on portions especially if you order online, pickup, or doordash. It’s a scam for the price. Do better this is every single time it’s ridiculous. $14 a bowl for not even a scoop of meat or rice like I’m sorry it’s annoying and really frustrating

Food quality varies. Waited to review after eating here several times over the last couple months. Have gotten food that tastes great and other times it’s been lots of fat pieces in my food. Portion size varies each time. Have ordered dine in, carry out, and order ahead. Dine in seems to get the best results so far for portion size and taste of food.

I’ve been to this chipotle in the last year about 4 times now and in those 4 times only one visit has been optimal. This review is about my most recent visit. I am a very non confrontational person and I couldn’t care less about the money used but the situation just irked and which is why I am writing this review. On the day that I write this I went to chipotle to get a regular bowl and use a free guacamole reward that I got through my app; my ordering went well (or so I thought) and when I went to pay I thought that price seemed fairly steep for a regular bowl at $15 so I thought that my coupon didn’t go through. Oh well, I’ll use it next time. Turns out that without any notice the cashier put double meat on my entree, and while I did think the person that made my bowl put a decent amount of meat, I just thought oh lucky me. Wrong. There were no signs, no red tags, no double meat sharpie on the lid, just when I got my receipt after paying it said double meat. All in all, I have not had the best experiences with this Chipotle and this is not a slite at the race of the people that work there it is purely an observation that the communication between customer and worker can be infinitely improved upon.

Redemption… Stopped in today to pick up a quick bite. Long lines and no time steered me in the direction of this Restaurants location. Having had a bad experience last year, I made sure to make the staff aware of my allergy to avocado upfront. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious. Rice cooked to perfect and the proteins did not miss. I got a burrito bowl to go. Double rice, no bean, double chicken, heavy corn, cheese with pork to top it. A lot, I know… but totally worth it! Thanks Chipotle. I’ll see you again soon!

Had to repeat order 4 times as only the manager spoke English. There was about a 5 minute wait to find a staff member who spoke English. After paying for
the food, stepped into the filthiest dining area I have ever seen. Not one clean table, ankle deep trash on the floor, trashcans overflowing. I like to try a new place a few times a month and this was the dirtiest restaurant I have EVER experienced. Contacted Chipotle and the auto reply said they would reach out. They have never attempted to call or email me. Stay healthy, don’t go to one of these filthy places. Disgusting!
