My recent visit to the Chipotle in Charlotte Hall, Maryland was an overall great experience. The location offers ample parking, making it very convenient to get in and out without any hassle — a definite plus during busier hours. When I arrived, it was a slower time of day, which worked out perfectly because the service was exceptionally quick and efficient from start to finish.
I ordered a chicken burrito with rice, beans, and cheese, along with a lemonade and a side of chips and queso. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The burrito was wrapped neatly, the ingredients were perfectly balanced, and the queso had a great texture and just the right amount of seasoning. It’s clear the team here takes pride in maintaining the quality and consistency that Chipotle is known for.
I’ve eaten at many different Chipotle locations over the years, and I can confidently say that this one lived up to the high standard I’ve come to expect. The restaurant was clean, well-stocked, and organized, and the staff maintained a friendly and professional attitude throughout my visit.

Staff needs to be trained to acknowledge customers when they are standing there waiting to order. I understand you have to minimize staff for the volume of customers – but customers like to be acknowledged that “hey, we see you there,” ” Sorry for the wait. We will be right with you. “
Secondly, the sofritas were hard, cold and chewy. We vegans don’t expect perfection – but we like warm, fresh food as well. The food should be checked from time to time for freshness. Just my opinion, if it were my restaurant.

By far the worst chipotle around. Only come to this chipotle if you want a mouthful of cilantro and raw vegetables in every order. I live less than 5 minutes away and have had the same experience here since they opened. TERRIBLE MANGEMENT! How hard is it if every single other Chipotle can get it right. Great restaurant chain in general, but god awful location in Charlotte Hall. DO NOT EAT HERE

My order was delivered and all 3 of my meals were wrong. After paying more for my food, a delivery fee and a tip, I had to do what I didn’t want to and drove to the store. I went to the store and there was a 45-50 back up. There were a ton of ppl waiting inside and in the drive thru, some of who also had incorrect food given to them. The store manager was a little rude and dismissive. He remade my food but it was terrible! They ran out of brown rice and he offered to make it with white rice, but i told him I would wait for it. The brown rice he gave me was under cooked and for 1 meal, he mixed it with white rice & smothered it in queso (I saw it when I got home). The meals were VERY skimpy and barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I ordered double protein and didn’t get that. It was a horrible experience that I paid a tip and extra money for since they charge more for the food when it’s delivered. I asked about getting a refund for the extra money & he said to call the home office. For a new location, it was horrible and not an asset for the area. I’ll drive a little further to gonto Waldorf or Brandywine before I return here. #ServiceSucks

Unfortunately, I had changed my review. This is the first time I have to change my opinion about something, but can’t ignore the fact that the food quality is terrible. Chipotle has a very good reputation, but unfortunately this place will destroyed all the good reputation. From chips to its food. Everything is terrible. Please Please retrain your people. They don’t even know how to stored the chip or how to make Guacamole.

It is really sad how the community doesn’t support local businesses and is only willing to provide bad reviews. My family and I have been at this place several times and we are very satisfied with everything. We are happy to have variety and options. Dog water, nothing was right with my order and I lost points because they only had 1 bag of chips. Nothing had cheese or sour cream and they didn’t have my drink. The carnita chicken in my tacos look like it sat under a light all day. The person said to go in the app and refund the chips & drink. Lmao I don’t think I have that power.

Ordered online , it was cold as hell when I got it , so I microwaved it and I had to do it a few times to get it warm . Once I was able to eat it , near the bottom of the bowl was half of a semi frozen avocado…. I don’t understand how that happens since they have to mash the avocados . I’m not sure if it was some sort of practical joke or what

Based on the reviews I read before this one, I saw a difference. Maybe it was because it was just about lunch rush or something. The meal I ordered was to my liking, everything looked fresh. The sitting area was really clean and I chose to sit down and eat my food inside, when I was just picking up. Service was on point, nothing bad to say about that. All those reviews about ordering deliver, just proves that we need to get back to just going back into the stores like the old days.

It is the third time I’ve gotten black beans from this Chipotle and been dissatisfied. Each of these three times, they have been rancid, permeating a fowl odor. I can’t even stand to stomach the rest of the Chipotle bowl because of the flavour, and it cost 20$. I believe the problem is that the black beans are being left out too long. I am not the only one consuming these disgusting beans. Please keep your food freshly made for the best consumer experience.

Everything about this chipotle in charlotte hall is average. We purchased and ordered in store . Wait times were a little long no to bad. Food was small portions not like I would have liked certain meats were overcooked or had been sitting around not fresh tasting . Compared to other Chipolte locations I have ordered from the same way in store purchases food was fresh and service was quicker and employees were courteous and more friendly. Ordered in carried out . Staff and managers need retraining on customer service and food portions. If asked I would not return to this location cost of food is to high to put up with poor service poor quality and quantity of food .
