Love eating at Chipotle, however my visual experience was not good that day. After being open only an hour, the parking was filled with leftover trash. It was disappointing to say the least. No pride in curb appeal. You couldn’t deny seeing it pulling in the parking lot. If only an employee had come outside to pick up the litter. Once inside, I was second to be served, however the food looked as if it were saved the night before and reheated. It looked dried out and dark in color. I had a Chicken salad, by the way. I know fresh food when I see it and nothing gave me any indication that it was freshly made that morning. After grabbing food to go, I ate it in my car and it was fine in taste but the overall effort and visual presentation to obtain it was not appealing. Please use fresh ingredients for customers and not cut corners by serving the previous day’s leftovers. Not sure I’d come to this location again, but still enjoy eating at Chipotle.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The general manager Yarixa Velasco at this location did not follow correct protocol for online order pickup via the official Chipotle website. She gave away my order without properly identifying the name, receipt, or anything to a random stranger. I came to pick up my food and she said it was “confirmed” and given away and there was nothing she could do. I showed proof of purchase and everything. She refused to have my order remade and said it must be purchased again for me to receive my order. Her and her staff were very nonchalant about the issue. I believe part of this may have been a language barrier. For a general manager of a food chain to give away food without checking for proper identification is crazy. She was unapologetic and useless. I also called the customer service line and the representative even said she was wrong. Do not place an order here.
Someone will steal your order and Yarixa will do nothing about it.

This chipotle location needs to do better! I’ve had too many bad experiences eating here. Today I ordered doordash and when I received my food the bag was completely open, chips stale as hell! guacamole old and not fresh! i will not be back!

It was crowded and loud. But thats the norm. I always the a chicken bowl. So disappointing that they took away the honey chicken. But the Chipotle chicken was good. Prices have gone up, but thats happening all over. They move quickly, even when there’s a line, you never wait long.

We were there for 45 mins eating.. It looked like half of Waldorf came to eat and the service was fast, the food was very good. Half their drink options were out of order but I only drink water so that’s more of an observation than a complaint.
