Many things wrong with this chipotle. First, the employees barely speak english. This is not a racism motivated comment, it is one to where they do not put the right foods on your plate or respond when you say more, no, and anything. Second, they do not give change back! The cashier owed me .95 back and refused to give it to me saying they did not have it when I clearly saw it in the register. She then closed it and said no. Also, the portions are shit! I asked for extra white rice to the terrible portion she gave me, then the “extra” was 1/4 of the spoon. I asked for extra again and she complained saying she can’t roll it. There is is already nothing on there for you to roll and if you can’t roll a burrito then do not work here. Terrible service overall. I hate this chipotle. I have given them three shots and this was the last.

This Chipotle is truly one of the best I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently amazing. The women who work here are so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet every single time I visit. They always make sure my order is perfect and create such a positive atmosphere. I hate writing negative reviews but this chipotle seems to hire people with a chip on their shoulder. From the previous reviews, it’s a recurring issue. They will not attempt to hear what you’re saying, and when they inevitably get the order wrong bc they’re not listening, they’ll get mad at you and throw a fit when you try to correct the situation. Lady threw around my food on attempt #2 of the order and kept telling me she’s not stupid. Which I never said. Hopefully the field leader meseret kidane fixes this chipotle soon. Until then, go 5 mins down the road to sunset hills chipotle or even RTC, where people are regular lol.

Not only was i cheated out of a true portion of meat. It was served by two Hispanic ladies older in age and I’m sure more experienced that were clearly upset at something, while two what seemed to be teenage Caucasian girls accepted the money and ran the cashier.

Well I was not super impressed. I paid $3+ dollars for queso and they didn’t include it in our order. The food was fine, minus my missing queso. The entire place feels pretty overpriced, like $4.50 for a bottle of coke that you can get at a grocery store for half the price. $3+ to add guacamole. Like every is an expensive add on. This is more of a problem with Chipotle as an establishment and not necessarily just this store.

Clean and kind employees. You get what you expect from Chipotle. Some chipotles are little cheap on food amount but this location is not like them. I would definitely stop by again if ai am around here. I was here on lunch time and I didn’t wait on the line at all. If you are rush and want to eat something very quick, this location is good place for you.

Burrito as big as a fat newborn, and a bowl as heavy as yo mama. Prob the biggest ones I’ve had, remind me of old chipotle when I used to get it every week during college. A historical day indeed.
Chipotle always tasty, but it’s the portion that got internet attention lately. Manager and team if you read this – thank you, I’m sure plenty of loyal customer will come to this store.
