I ordered Veggie Bowls, but both bowls were severely underfilled. There was no extra rice or veggies, even after I specifically asked. As you can see from the photos, the bowls were barely half full, and most of the ingredient containers at the stations were empty.
The staff seemed unprepared for the rush and didn’t make any effort to restock or properly portion the food. Paying full price for one bowl (BOGO) and receiving this amount is unacceptable and not what customers expect from Chipotle.
This felt rushed and careless, especially during a promotion when higher traffic should be anticipated. I hope management reviews this location’s staffing, food prep, and portion standards.

I have ordered catering from Chipotle from various locations for numerous events. However, this is the first time I ordered catering from Gainesville, VA location and am very disappointed. I paid for the top tier catering option with three proteins but was provided such small portion of proteins. The protein portions provided were in the smallest sauce containers and weren’t even fill up half-way in those small containers.
Catering orders in the past from Chantilly, VA and Sterling, VA locations have provided sufficient amount of proteins in the larger lettuce rectangular containers and were filled up entirely. The amount of protein provided from Gainesville location was not enough at all whatsoever for 10 people.
I spent a lot here for nothing. I will never order catering from this location nor will I even visit this location for a single meal. As someone who frequents Chipotle often, I’m extremely disappointed and embarrassed for hosting an event with barely enough food for my guests.

Very disappointing experience with an online order. We requested 4 salad dressings, but the employee preparing the order would only give 2, insisting they were out. After pushing back, she reluctantly added one more, yet I could clearly see additional dressing available.
Our family loves the dressing and we all use it on our Chipotle meals. Because of this, my son was unable to finish his burrito without enough dressing. You can see from our account history that we eat at Chipotle nearly every week, and we have never had this issue before. We would have gladly paid for extra dressings if required.
The interaction felt unnecessary and like a power trip rather than good customer service. Not the experience we expect from Chipotle.

Always a good experience when we go in and order. Food is good, service is friendly. Maybe understaffed because a lot of times tables are dirty. Ordering to go or delivery has always been an issue and order has been wrong every single time. As long as you can eat in or take it to go, this Chipotle is great!

this is the worst store i have visited many sotres around this area, the side food prepare stainstion lady(not the skinny lady) is very mean and doesn’t know how to control the timing. i waiting there for 15minutes, but still not see my order, i ask if you can jump to my order from the system because i have to go somewhere, she said no with mean, and continue with other orders with no one pick up yet! what a smart nice lady!

Gave this place another chance after a bad experience several years ago. I don’t understand how whoever packaged this order really looked down at the quesadilla container and left a whole slot empty without adding the beans that was ordered. Also the queso was a very odd chunky consistently. Overall definitely not worth the money. Hopefully we don’t end up with food poisoning

I am a fan of the franchise and this location but I cannot justify this. The actual meat and rice is half the bowl… when the employee was asked for more chicken (like the amount we are paying for) they added ONE piece more of chicken and said anything more we have to pay for double chicken. I am not asking for double chicken. I am asking for the correct portions of everything. This feels like a prank.

Edit: Made an online order. It was wrong in so many ways. I would avoid this place. See picture. I ordered it with no rice, wrong, extra meat, nope, why are there onions and peppers on it?

Last time Im buying at this place. They dont service everybody the same. You see them put more toppings to some people and to some they dont put enough and if ask them to add a bit more, so at least its the same as the person before you, and they ask me to pay for extra. I ordered kids meal, asked for double lettuce on one of them, and they only fill up the box with meat and 1 portion of lettuce, other portion was empty. Look at the photo, you can see I did not tamper with it, you dont see any stain or anything in the empty part. STINGY AND GREEDY. This is not the first or second time this happened. I know shame on me to coming back to this exact location.
