This chipotle has some of the worst food I’ve ever tasted. The service is fine and the location is decent, but the food quality has deteriorated drastically. Chicken with weird, gristle textures, steak that’s intentionally cooked over well done, and occasionally slimy vegetables. Not worth the money. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

Not sure what others are complaining about portion size. I had a veggie bowl and didn’t request more addition of toppings. The bowl was huge and tasty. Maybe it’s just the person serving or management took the reviews to heart, but portion sizes are A-OK.

Cleanliness of the restaurant- Questionable as the trash cans were overflowing, tables weren’t clean and with sufficient crew members, I’d expect them to do a better job.
Friendliness of the staff members- while I have no complaints about the crew serving me at the salsa station and helping me at the register, I was a bit disappointed with the member at the tortilla station. It seemed like he had not had a chance to complete his trainings of how to set up the station (as he was blaming other crew for not keeping the kids trays at was literally yelling at other crew members to get some for him rather then helping himself).

Was not that busy and they thought it was a good idea to give me half a bowl missing with food and I got double meat (look at photos below) had to ask for extra of everything because they were so stingy with their portions! Didn’t even wrap the Tortilla well either! Would definitely like to speak to the manager! Those pictures below is what I ordered the other bowl broke through the bag and got my whole car messy! I never had issues going to any other chipotle, or this one until today I’m extremely disappointed! Both bowls were extremely light even after I asked for extra and double meat on one of them

We are there for a lunch this afternoon and we take a brown rice with chicken bowl and it’s my first bad experience in chipotle Chantilly.they served us old rice like a raw rice I think it should be ok may be one side is like that but it’s happened same in next 3 bites we just eat 30% from top which mostly covered with lettuce cheese and salsa. I informed the employee who is take the payment from me and I ask for the manager to notify that your rice is looks raw or dry but employee informed the manager and she cannot show off. She is not even busy look like she had lots of attitude for her position.I waited there for 10-15 minutes then I think I have to complaint on google reviews.

Concern About Staff Behavior
I wanted to share my concern regarding an experience at your restaurant today around 5:30 PM. My daughter and her friend asked if a burrito could be cut in half, but the staff member responded rudely, scolded them, and then made remarks to coworkers that came across as mocking.
The girls are middle school students who are still learning, and this left them feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. While I understand if certain requests cannot be accommodated, I kindly ask that staff treat all customers—especially children—with patience and respect.

The brown rice they put in my bowl was not fully cooked. I was wondering what I was chewing on that was hard and noticed it was UNCOOKED grains of rice. My friend also ordered a LARGE queso and they gave them a tiny bag of chips. When he told them, they said that was the regular size for it….I then noticed a chip bag sitting on top of the trash that was way bigger. Not happy.

I ordered a regular chicken burrito, and the server tried to charge me for meat double even when I told them I ordered a regular. I had to argue with the staff, the initial male server was good, but the two ladies need to chill out, and stop being so cheap.
