I stopped by the Chipotle in Centreville, Va for dinner and it was a good experience overall. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. They prepared my steak bowl order within minutes and I was on my way. The decor is modern and inviting and there is plenty of seating in the restaurant. There is plenty of Parking as well as this is in a strip mall. I highly recommend this restaurant.

this is the very first time i’ve had a pleasurable experience at this chipotle. i was greeted with a smile, the ladies were very fast and kind. even my payment went by with a breeze. i even tipped (i’ve never done that at a chipotle) and generously too because the experience was so good

My wife just brought my dinner. The amount of guacamole for $2.95 + tax is less than how much you get for buying chips there. I got ,give or take, less then the 3 oz sauce cup worth. For $2.95 + tax, this is bad business. Skimming down on the portion is somewhat understandable, but this is just ridiculous.

I ordered a pickup order at 4:00 to be ready for pickup at 5:20. When I arrived the food wasn’t in the pickup location but behind the counter. That alone is no big deal. But when I got home 5 minutes later, the food wasn’t dry. The chicken and the rice clearly was old and dry not to mention stone cold. I’ve had chipotle at least 200 times before and I can confidently say this was the worst food I’ve gotten from them. I was extremely disappointed especially since I paid for double protein and guac.

Hate to do this review but the heavy set lady with glasses working the register was really rude and unhelpful. We had a large order with kids and saw her coughing on our food. Kept an eye on her throughout the lunch and never coughed again. Must have been me or something. Besides that, she just had a very poor attitude. Please do better. Not coming back here. This happened on Jan 2 around 1255pm.

I have consistently received the smallest portion sizes possible at this establishment. Today, an employee, described as a short woman wearing glasses, displayed unprofessional behavior. When I pointed out that my order was missing the corn salsa I had requested, she insisted she had included it. Despite my clarification, she maintained her stance until a coworker provided her with the correct item, clearly labeled with my name. This incident reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards of the staff, and such conduct is unacceptable in the service industry.

I would recommend the burritos from here I’m mostly get a bowl from chipotle but I started watching my weight and I would say the burritos are more healthy than the bowl me and husband have been going here for years now and the workers there are wonderful people but there anyways a bad egg in the middle

Thank you you gave me a burrito that was expected the size of a child. Yes, it was kind of not up to temperature, but I appreciate the way you guys and your staff handled everything. Make sure it’s hot all the time. I would rather have this than the lack of everything else that has happened in the past several years.
