My personal experience, and your mileage may vary: this chipotle has the nicest staff of any in the area. When I order on the app I always receive what I paid for. Every chipotle in America skimps on meat, but this location gets closer to 4 ounces than the others nearby. There’s also a (tiny) parking lot. I go out of my way to come to this location instead of the one on Willard in friendship heights.

IF THE STORE CLOSES AT 11 food should be served until 11. i should be able to eat in this restaurant without chairs on the table until ELEVEN. Not getting burnt carne asada without making another batch or getting scraps of rice at 10:30. period. if it’s not 11 this restaurant should be producing everything on the line until 11:00. the doors shouldn’t be locked nor should the chairs be on tables until 11 oclock! TERRIBLE! then the woman on the line serving the food told me she couldn’t put white rice in my bowl because she had an online order??? like girl what!

This location was very dirty. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty! We had to clean a table ourselves just to sit down and eat. They had no soap in the bathroom, toilets were extremely dirty. They were out of to sprite, and Coke. They had no ice in the drink machine, we had to ask them to refill it. When the guy refilled the ice, it had oil residue that was obviously floating in our drink, so we couldn’t even drink our beverage. The drink/napkin station was unkept and half empty, with spilled beverages on the counter, and empty straw wrappers. We also had to ask for fresh pinto beans. The food line was filthy, and the trash cans were filled to the brim. When we got there, the store was not busy, so I’m not sure why none of this was taken care of. It was very disappointing.

Never have I written a review but I just have to now that this has been a reoccurring issue at this Chipotle. The middle age woman working (manager) had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I was polite THE WHOLE TIME and accidentally forgot to ask for queso and when I did she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. This happened multiple times throughout my interaction and she ended up rolling my burrito terribly on purpose. I don’t have these kinds of experiences at any other Chipotle and am extremely disappointed. Costumers should be able to ask for something without feeling bad or getting a dirty look like it’s a giant hassle.. do better!!! (the only reason this isn’t zero stars is because the food was OK even tho they gave me like 3 pieces of chicken)

The food is always good, and staff is always nice except for one lady (may be the manager) who is very short and quick with everyone. Very tiny parking lot. This location sometimes gets overrun with kids. Can get loud, messy and have long lines. For the love of god stop giving them “water” cups!!
