This is the greatest Chipotle of all time. I have been to many Chipotles and this stands alone. The employees are kind, the food is great, and I love this Chipotle. I don’t know how I can ever move because this Chipotle is so good. Highly recommend.

I go to this chipotle almost every week and today I think I realized that it’s my last day coming. Its always a super long line and It’s always hit or miss coming here. The food is unseasoned today and I was charged almost 9 dollars for this. I understand the raising of prices and stuff but for almost 10 dollars a little bit more chicken would have been nice. The people that normally make my food do a good job with portions and seasonings but then there’s the others who just barely give you anything not to mention it tastes awful but it’s been like this for years. I only come here because I work close and am starving most days but I think I’m good on chipotle well at least this one.

It’s hard to figure out how this Chipotle is so monumentally awful. Like, just why? The staff are all uniformly miserable, they put zero effort into making the food, the guacamole is frequently brown, they forget things constantly on mobile orders, and they barely speak to me. It’s my fault for continuing to eat there, I can’t really understand it myself. Something is wrong with me. I go in there and immediately feel like I must have committed terrible crimes against these people, they just stare at me with absolute disgust. It’s a terrible, terrible Chipotle. I’ll probably go again in a few days.

This use to be my favorite chipotle now I change my freaking mind. I was already disturbed by this young little girl not listening properly of my orders. Then later on I arrived home of course my hair is tied up. I get to opening my food eating then I found freaking black hair in my damn teeth and I wear braces. Yuck and I’m pregnant. The nasty crap I would except. Now I have to order new food somewhere else. I’m sick of chipotle now it’s always something.wasting my damn money and food.

Frustrating.
I walked in, no line. The person in front of me was preparing to order. I then ordered 2 bowls with 2 tortillas on the side. Easy enough.
I asked the girl for a side of queso. No response. I asked the manager at the next station for a side of queso, no response. He started dealing with a frustrated customer and giving her a refund. Line comes to a screeching halt as he told the lady she was “inconvenient” after they didn’t have an item the cashier already charged her for. While waiting, I ask another young lady to go ahead and dip the queso out so it was ready for me to pay. She stared at me and said, “did you ask him?” When I said yes she looked down to the cash register and yelled, “hey, what do you want me to do?” Still no one answered. I just want to know why no one but the manager is allowed to dip out the queso????
Finally, I go to pay and I scan my app for the free birthday queso (that I had told 3 people I was using already). He tells me it didn’t work and I said, “can I just pay for it so I can leave?” There was nothing wrong with my app/QR code, he just didn’t know how to use it. But he blamed me like he did with the refund lady.
I walked outside and checked my bags, no chips. So I went back in and got them. Which was a waste because they didn’t close the queso all the way. As I go it back to my office, it ripped out of the bag and spilled all over me. Covering my tie, dress shirt, suit pants and dress shoes. Now all that trouble with getting the queso cost me a whole cleaning bill. And I still only got one tortilla on the side. Fun times.

Not the greatest Chipotle, probably not the worst. There is basically no seating area. What little area there is often taken up by people hanging out. Food is somewhat hit or miss. Staff is generally pleasant.

I come here once every two weeks. It really depends on who serves you on how your experience is there. And it pains me to say it, but I go there expecting the worst (in terms of service) every time I go there, as SOME of the staff is EXTREMELY incompetent. I really question how some of these employees are able to get a job. They either don’t know the menu, don’t talk or engage, and mess up the order.
I ordered a Quesadilla kids menu today. It’s really not that difficult. A quesadilla is always a mix of cheese and the protein. Normally it comes with two quesadillas, after she had only made one, I asked her to do a second one, which she then did with an annoying attitude. She then only put one in the box as I discovered once I got home.
Also she had only used cheese and packed the chicken in the carton along with salsa and beans that I didn’t order. I wanted sour cream and guacamole as my side within the box. She gave it to me as a side instead and charged me.
At some point I thought I was the stupid one, as the other staff was also looking at me not willing to understand what I had ordered, and gave up.
This chipotle really needs to work on their staff!! This type of behavior really kills the appetite for the food. It becomes a gamble every time whether you walk away happy or not

Ordered on Uber Eats but the team on 10/6 around 8pm is killing it. This is the BEST wrapped burrito I’ve ever received from a chipotle 10/10
