The food was specifically the meat, I paid $27 for a bowl with double meat & a drink. The meat was so dry and so over cooked it’s quite surprising it wasn’t actually dust. The service was great but that doesn’t compensate for the quality of food. Do better or plz of have the price reflect the food

I ordered from chipotle in Western market in Foggy Bottom, Washington DC Around 12 pm. I ordered in person. They did not provide a receipt and they just told me to keep moving in the line after I paid. Once I checked my phone, I saw that I was charged for almost $24. This is ridiculous and unacceptable As I only got one bowl.

Almost everybody in this location is rude/mean. I have been here twice, not coming back, they act like you are there for “free food”, barely put chicken on my bowls. There should be like an undercover boss and see what I mean.

Staff at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were impatient and aggressive with customers in line, showing obvious frustration through their mannerisms. On top of that, employees were hostile toward each other while preparing food, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
They were also out of regular chicken, but instead of telling me, the worker just put hot honey chicken in my order without asking. That kind of substitution without consent is unacceptable.
Overall, very poor service, and I would not recommend this location.

I don’t know why I’ve come here as long as I have. Truly, truly awful service. When I think about my time in retail, I can’t imagine speaking to customers the way we’re frequently spoken to here. Every single worker at this location is constantly in a profoundly foul mood.

Even though the place was completely empty, we asked, “Will you take our order?” She said, “I have work in my hands.” But she didn’t have any work in her hands.
