I stopped by the Chipotle on 14th Street and got chips and guac. When I opened the container, the guac was completely brown—like it had been sitting out since last night. It looked old, oxidized, and honestly, inedible. Totally unappetizing and not what I paid for. For a place that charges extra for guac, you’d think they’d at least serve it fresh. It was actually disgusting. I have pictures too, in case anyone wants proof. Really disappointed.

Dinning room tables were all dirty. The food was great like chipotle usually is. Just appeared a tab dirty cause of the tables. Busy location lots of people watching. Nice for a quick reasonable place to each while in DC, they were very quick but not the friendliest.

This location is one of my favorite locations in DC. I visit this location often as I never have to find parking because I have access to free parking by parking in Giant Food.
My order is always carefully prepared and the inside and outside of this location is always clean. Good customer service is also a plus and although the lines can be long at times . staff does a great job at moving the line along quickly.

I placed an order for delivery through UberEats but there were a few options that weren’t available through the app. I tried to call the store immediately after placing the order so that I could catch the in-store team members before the order was made but I had to go back and forth with the automated phone service for about 15 minutes before I could get through to someone at the store. The automated system is terrible and they need to update it so that it is not such a hassle. Extremely inconvenient.

I came here after work and was pleased with the manager that made the quesarito for me while teaching another employee. This time I came after work and the employees didn’t know how and the manager boldly said she wouldn’t make it for me. I would give that staff 0 stars if I can. if I can’t get a quesarito that means the chipotle is closed… Thanks but no thanks

Very small place with long lines, food is not bad it’s ok in terms the quality but the customer service is trying it’s best to provide the service with dining in and delivery service. I think they should hire more staff for both sides.

Do Not Go To This Chipotle!! This is the worst chipotle I’ve been to in DC so far! Old rice, soggy pico de gallo, not fresh sour cream, old brown guacamole. Go to the chipotle in Colombia Heights, it’s worth it. This Chipotle is so below par I think they should be shut down. It’s empty for a reason!!
