Chipotle gotta be me and my daughter’s favorite spot We could eat this any day lol. Food always fresh, bowls be loaded, and it hit every time. Even when the line long they move pretty quick and the staff usually cool. It’s just one of those meals we never get tired of quick, filling, and always good!! Today was buy one burrito get an entree free from 4pm-close. I asked to get two burritos, along with 3 other customers. A lady told the entire store it was only buy one burrito get one bowl free. However, i looked up the terms and conditions, but she refused to listen to the Chipotle website and claimed that she was the manager with a smile. Half of the bowl pictured had no protein. I cannot make a complaint about this on the Chipotle app because they did not hand us a receipt. I wish i could have taken a picture of the floor and tables because they were filthy. Not to mention, the floor was extremely slippery and they didn’t have a sign for it. Major red flag. Would not recommend this location. Their steak was also very cold and hard.

The worst experience ever! 4 workers all talking for 10mins in front of me instead of taking my order. I repeatedly asked them where do I place my order, they all glanced at me and continued talking. When tatiana finally asked me if im ready to order I responded are you ready to take my order as I have been waiting for 10mins in front of them being ignored. She rudely started telling me how I have an attitude and mouth talking about me in my face! I stopped her and said are you they customer or worker? You dont treat ANY customer this way. She decided to skip me when I asked for a manager she pointed at the manager and said shes on the phone. She then to tell me shes not going to take my order and takes her gloves off and leaves to the back leaving me and the rest of the line unattended. This is the most ghettos place with the worse customer service I have ever experienced! Trust me I will be contacting corporate about this location.

May 23, 2024: It’s not the cleanest Chipotle I’ve ever entered.
There were a lot of people inside the store, but without food as if it were a park. There were tables with waste and garbage. The floor was dirty and not to mention the bathrooms.
When ordering, the lady who attended me spoke in a whisper and was annoyed when I asked her to repeat it to me. The young man in the box seemed the only one with a good attitude. Finally, the food was cold and barely was any protein in there.

After reading reviews I was hesitant for sure but this was one of the best bowls I have had in a while. I went at 7:30pm on 10/5/24 and there wasn’t a line, employees were friendly. One of the front doors was broken with a note saying to use the other, things like that happen though so no problem.

It’s not everyday that you find a LITERAL METAL BOLT in your burrito, but that is how my day Wednesday ended. Not only is the service at this location extremely poor (employee’s never greet you- they make it very apparent they don’t want to be there and they almost make it feel like it’s your fault), but this is a much more alarming and serious health concern.
I was running late to meet friends at the Beer Garden down the road and was inhaling my burrito bowl because you can’t bring in outside food when my friend pointed out there was something metal in my bowl. Thank god he stopped me as I could have easily ingested this.
I’m a busy person and don’t typically use my free time writing reviews unless I feel very strongly. This situation definitely warrants a response and a WARNING TO OTHERS . Bad service I can handle- metal bolts mixed in my burrito bowl I cannot.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. There are so many other options nearby.

They have begun charging for bags….at a fast food “restaurant.” There is no requirement for them to do this, they have CHOSEN to begin charging for their paper bags with no notice of the change, and no signage that they are charging for this other than the charge on your receipt. This isn’t a grocery store where you bring a bag due to expecting to carry items, this is a glorified McDonald’s that has already stated they aren’t doing well financially and so now the approach is to nickel and dime customers without informing them.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a very long time. I was at the Navy-Yard in DC and this was close by so I have it a try. I’m really glad I did! The portions were large and the food was delicious. I actually went back the next day too.

Not only is this the ghettoest, dirtiest Chipotle that exists, but you can also expect screws to be in your food. I hope the health department shuts this place down for good!
Update: I chipped my tooth on this screw. Ended up needing a tetanus shot. Thankfully, I didn’t choke on this. The poor handling and unsanitary practices at this place is unacceptable. This isn’t there first incident either!

I visited this Chipotle branch and ordered a vegetarian bowl and tacos with queso. After picking up my order and returning to the hotel, I started eating and suddenly had an allergic reaction. Something clearly went wrong with my order. This reaction forced me to rush to urgent care, where I had to receive steroid shots and am now under medication. It’s disappointing because Chipotle is usually reputable, but this experience was definitely concerning.
