My food was okay but the customer service was terrible and i understand they had a long line but they didn’t have to be rude and make fun of what I ordered like I came in to this location because it was in my way home from my interview I had just got to and I was told by the lady with the red hair that they are out of steak and so I’m like that’s fine can I get the Al pastor chicken and so she gave me that even though like a minute later she gave the customer behind me steak and so I thought “okay that’s fine maybe it came out right after” this older plus size lady was fixing my food up and she didn’t even listen to what I said she didn’t give me the grilled peppers and queso on my bowl and I told her I want all the sauces like the green and red and corn one but she just put everything on there the lettuce the cheese an the sour cream and guacamole and I don’t even eat guacamole and I tried to tell her no mam I just wanted these 3 salsas and then she makes a big scene and tells the girl with the red hair to trade places who mind you was really patient with me fixes my order . The plus size lady then begins to make fun of me and my order saying oh she gonna be making a mess tonight and made comments about my weight . They even tried to charge me extra for the queso and grilled peppers on the side that I wanted on my bowl. The only reason why I even went to this location is because this was on my way home from an interview I just finished and I really was craving some chipotle because it’s my favorite place to go to and next time I’ll just go out of my way to a different location.

I went on Sunday Jan 25th, so it was pretty cold outside, and there was no one inside. The workers gave me pretty good portions, and they helped me find my gloves when I left them behind. I was also able to warm myself up, and charge my phone a little bit, because it was on 2%.

The portions are pitiful. You feel like a convict being served food by people who don’t want to serve you food. Do they get trained to serve as little (non-rice) food as possible? I’ve gotten food three times here, hoping each time will be different. Has not been the case.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I showed up a few minutes early to pick up my order, and the gate security guard immediately started yelling at me for being there — completely uncalled for. I tried to explain that I had a mobile order, but she stood over me the entire time like I was doing something wrong. The whole vibe from the staff was awful — rude, dismissive, and acting like customers are a burden instead of the reason the place even exists.
The energy here is just miserable. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Management needs to be changed immediately, along with every single employee in this place — including the security guard. This location is a complete embarrassment to the Chipotle brand.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. First of all, we entered when they were just opening, no one greeted us, they didn’t have all the proteins ready. The guacamole was black like when it is old. The credit card machine to pay did not work. The plates were dirty on the outside. There was no dressing for my salad and I paid almost 3 dollars for a little bit of old guacamole. I will never return to this location.

I’m an Uber driver. Every time I come to this store, I wait 20 minutes for a takeout order. They’re too lazy to even turn around and give it to me. There’s no way people are this grumpy. Please don’t eat here. The other reviews already tell you what this place’s rating is.

At first me and friends would go here and it would be pretty decent and clean and nice workers, now there’s a bunch of ghetto business going on. It’s very dirty and there was lots of wasted food on the floor. It seems like the workers could care less. Go anywhere else if you want chipotle
