Portion size has really shrunk with the mobile orders. Everything still tasted good but I feel a bit robbed (used to ne more). In comparison Burrito Bar has the same concept but larger bowls, bigger portions, and for cheaper. You’re really making me question my loyalty with you Chipotle.

Well to say the least it was a disappointment go to the new chipotle. We arrived and saw nothing but dirty tables with cheese and sour cream on them. We waited in line observing the new restaurant and liked what we saw. As we got closer to ordering I observed that the staff of 4 in the back weren’t moving with any eagerness as the line was close to out the door. The staff appeared to be confused more focused on the outside and not paying attention to people requesting things for there order. I had one person in front of me who started to order and saw that the spoon wasn’t even filled with rice when placed in there bowl. I thought oh maybe it fell off and she would give another scoop. Well I was sadly mistaken that was the portion she was giving everyone even me. You go to Dover and when you get home you open the lid and it’s covered in your order being packed to the top. Camden well let’s just say I had very minor sour cream on the lid. They were running out of chicken and had only just thrown more chicken on the grill making people either have to wait for it to be fully cooked or order another meat. I get there new, but it was extremely disorganized and appeared like they weren’t even trained just thrown in the line to make orders. When I got home my food was cold not even room temp. I get it from Dover and get back to Home to Felton and it’s still hot. CRAZY!! WON’T be going back!! Below is what the call a BURRITO BOWL in Camden.

I’m several states away from home, hungry, and I made an online order at 1:10. It’s 1:30 now and they don’t even have my order onscreen. 3 people in line. Don’t make online orders here, they’ll waste your time and money then give you attitude (great job sis ) when you ask kindly if your order was lost or missed, when it was supposed to be finished at 1:20 (said the app).

Out of all ingredients by 8. Ordered multiple times on bowl only got chicken and rice. Ordered a drink the brown skin girl with the bun asked if I wanted my drink.. duh. I paid for it. She already had an attitude something told me don’t drink this. She put scraps in my drink. Take that drive to the Dover Location. This place needs to be shut down until they can find better people to run it.
