Unfortunately it seems like every time we order from here there is some kind of issue. This time, there was onion skin in the fajita veggie mix, the side of guac that we paid extra for was brown all the way through and seemingly rancid, and the “large” chips contained fewer than what we’ve received in a “small” in the past. (The watermelon limeade was also disappointing and tasted unlike previous times, but at least we used a coupon and didn’t pay for that.) When reaching out to customer service online they refused to issue a refund for any portion of these incorrect and/or inedible items, instead offering coupons with expiration dates that can’t even be used in combination with each other.

Sunday 5/25/2025 2:30 pm I encountered not only a bug in my food but also an unexpectedly rude response from the manager working . When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of receiving an apology or assistance, I was met with defensiveness. The employees seemed to imply that I was somehow at fault for the presence of the bug, which felt incredibly disrespectful. I had hoped for a resolution or at least some acknowledgment of the problem, but their dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It’s disappointing to see a brand I once admired handle customer concerns in such a negative manner, and it has made me reconsider my future visits.

I will never return to this Chipotle again. My husband and I walked in ready to place a large order for six people. The girl helping me was immediately impatient, unprofessional, snarky, and dismissive. As I began to order, she started slamming items down on the counter. Despite her hostility, I remained polite, but she refused to make eye contact and grew increasingly rude.

The two gentlemen on the line were polite, but her behavior was so off-putting that I stopped ordering halfway through because I was disgusted with the service. I was tempted to cancel what had already been made and walk out. She acted as though my presence was an inconvenience and that I was a nuisance, when all I did was try to place an order.

I don’t expect employees to smile, but I do expect them not to be hostile and aggressive. I went from spending $100 to only $35, and that was solely because I didn’t want to disappoint my son by coming home empty-handed. I will never return to this location and strongly caution others to do the same.

Every time I’ve gone to this chipotle over the years it’s been absolutely horrid. Idk why I keep giving them another chance. Quesadilla I got wasn’t cooked at all. The steak in the bowl was burnt. The burrito I ordered had none of the toppings in it. The guac was half full and brown. Chips were burnt. Everything was wrong and awful. It’s almost comical how bad it is every time.

I came in and there was no chicken available causing around 10 people to be stuck waiting for almost 10 minutes. Then when I placed my order things became backed up. I payed for my bowl and received the wrong order.

I eat at Chipotle all the time. Today I ordered a Steak bowl. The person fixing my order I was told was a manager. She gave me one scoop of rice that didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. I asked for more she gave me a half scoop and then a half scoop of beans. For the first time ever she put the steak in a small cup took some out and then put it on my bowl. I asked why she. Did that she said that’s how we measure the meat. With an attitude she said if you want more you have to pay for it. Then I asked for extra cheese she put some on the bowl and put some in a to go cup and said extra is considered a side and I will be charged for a side of cheese. I told her to keep the bowl if she’s not going to make it the way I ordered it and left. I hope this isn’t the new way of doing things at Chipotle.

Prices aren’t that cheap anymore, which is unfortunate because for years that was really the main draw of this chain.

The portion sizes here are about half of a normal bowl you would get at any other Chipotle.

This bowl was untouched and asked for extra portion sizes. This is the product received.

Idk but it feels like the food has gone downhill. They barely give any chips, I mean the paper bag is filled 1/5 of the way. It’s freaking hilarious. The steak is overcooked and freaking cold. And not to mention the lettuce, I’ve had to throw out half the amount of lettuce they give me. It’s old and nasty.
