Okay so i just came in after a good gym workout wanting a good meal afterwards and everything was fine at first, there were other costumers ready seated so I could tell it’s been a busy night or it’s just begun to get busy and there’s a slight show of rushing from an employee when ringing my order up but im very understanding so that didn’t mean anything. In the car I’m looking at my bowl and take a couple bites, i see a filmy object looking thing, thinking it’s just from the onions i received when i asked for fajitas so i push it to the side.. but no .. im just now looking at it and it is a piece of plastic possibly from the back kitchen area. I thought to myself “maybe it’s the utensil packaging” *me realizing the utensils are bare and don’t come in any!

Ok so honestly the workers are usually rude here so I try to avoid this location. However, we came in around 8:15 tonight and the girl helping me had lovely energy! Very kind and a great attitude. The food was good as well, just nice vibes all around. We need more Middletown workers like this!

Went there tonight staff didn’t want to be there was annoyed when we walked up to order our food. Told me I needed to say everything I wanted in my bowl at once instead of one item at a time when I was simply trying to see what I wanted to add. Very uncomfortable very rude blasting loud music dirty tables it looks like no one ever cleans in there and my chips were mostly crushed after paying $10 for them. Over all terrible experience. I went there a month ago during the day had a great experience will never go back at night time again. Crazy how empty it was for a Saturday night every one was at Freddy’s next door. Which is where I’m going next time for sure!! Do better chipotle and hire people that actually want to work.

The service was terrible. There was a BOGO offer but they didn’t let me apply it to 2 separate orders because I was with my friend who also had a separate order.
They ran out of rice, said it would take 30mins for fresh rice so people would turn away, but only took 10mins.
We had to stand and argue with them to get our BOGO offer on both orders. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a steak quesadilla with a side of the corn salsa, sour cream, and cilantro rice. Whoever made it put the corn IN the sour cream, and put the steak in the side area instead INSIDE THE QUESADILLA. This looks so ridiculous, like someone was high while making it. They also didn’t give give us the sodas we ordered. Terrible experience.

4 stars due to they don’t offer much. It’s ok. Qdoba gives you chips and salsa, Chipotle charges you. All employees were curteous. Music sounded like runway music.

Quick friendly service. Bathroom open for customer use. Ordered take out. Just wish the guacamole wasn’t almost $3.00 for a couple tablespoons. It should be part of the price like any other toppings. Just my 2 cent’s. But still love the food either way.

What a joke from Chipotle Middletown location. I ordered the same thing I always order and the portion is like half. That’s even after paying for double meat and double beans. Chipotle is going downhill. Its stock price is a great indication.
